Villa 2 is part of the South Shores Resort, a family friendly and exciting resort in a class of its own within South Australia.
Take a short stroll across the boardwalk, through sand dunes to your own beach that stretches for miles. 10 minute stroll along the beach to the Normanville Kiosk and Links Golf across the road.
There are beautiful fully tiled solar heated swimming pools available for your use.
The Villa is a 2 storey stand alone house. The garage has been converted to an entertainment area with table tennis, lounge setting, 2nd TV, x box with games, arcade gaming table and 2nd fridge for drinks.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and the other set up with 2 sets of bunks, sleeping a total of 6. The 2 bunks have a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (*Bed Linen, not supplied).
There is a large bathroom downstairs with a Bath and separate shower and a fully equipped laundry.
Upstairs is a beautiful open living area including a gorgeous kitchen with glass splash back and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher.
There is an 8 seater square solid timber dining room table; 3 leather couches; and TV. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with an ensuite and a large balcony to enjoy the view and sunshine.
The dining room leads to another balcony with outdoor glass topped setting with 8 seats and Webber Q BBQ and Webber for lazy breakfasts on the balcony.

Location
South Shores Resort is located at Normanville on the beach side of Lady Bay Road, just before you come to the turnoff into the Lady Bay Links Golf Course.
