A beautiful family home with 4 bedrooms altogether. 3 bedrooms and main home from street level and a flat down stairs. Large spacious windows allow a panoramic water vista from your lounge chair. A spacious outdoor deck opens up the view to the max and clears your nostrils with fresh sea breeze. Metung Lake House is on a quiet no-through road and an easy walk along Beach Road to the village centre.

Average property

The hot water was placed on off peak mode and we ran out of water by 1PM on the first day. The managing agent did their best to solve the issue and after 2 days of no hot water the maintenance guy arranged by the managing agents fixed the issue finally. The house is pretty old and look like it's been neglected for a long time. The views are good but the house is not near the town centre and you need a car to get to the shops and the restaurants. The kitchen pots and pans are scratched and not safe to use. I think I've been generous with my ratings!

Million Dollar Views

Really lovely house with fantastic views of Lake King plenty of bird life which visit each day from Kookaburras to Rosellas. Neat property needs a little TLC prior to guests arriving but overall great value for money.

Loved the location and view. Easy to use property. Very enjoyable fortnight

No issues other than one light circuit failed between dinner table and kitchen island New globes didn’t work - left in wicker basket Breakage- one bowl & one tray BBQ used once gas now empty.
