With amazing views of Moosehead Lake, this lakefront cottage sits in an ideal setting. With a large lawn, towering birch trees and open lake views, you will be inclined never to leave this Greenville property. Centrally located just one mile from downtown Greenville, the location of this vacation rental is perfect for summer and winter enjoyment: World-class snowmobiling and fishing, Squaw Ski Resort just 7 miles away and the Red Cross Beach is only 2 minutes away by foot.

Unique features of this property include a large living room with great views of the lake, a bedroom with queen size bunk beds for little kids and big kids alike, a master bedroom with en-suite and a large kitchen (with a gas range, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker requiring k-cups) and dining room each with lake views. There is also a large deck with furniture and a BBQ grill available to renters.

We also offer a canoe and kayak for our renters to use.

This lakefront vacation rental is truly a cozy and comfortable cottage for a single family, multiple families or couples, designed to ensure a great deal of fun for all.

Host was clear and helpful all throughout the process. The location is spectacular! Wide open lake views from almost all rooms, the spacious and comfortable living room had plenty of room for our large family, enough to seat 15 adults comfortably. The propane fireplace in the kitchen/dining room is a delightful touch. Such a nice place to enjoy the lake!

Great location and great activities nearby. Swimming in the lake from the property, dock, kayaks. Close to the mountain biking trails which have been growing quickly this year. Quiet location, yet close to town. We hope to return next year!

The home was spacious, clean and has everything you need. The waterfront is very nice and easy to go to from the house. Comfy and inviting, and SO close to all the fun places to go for dinner after boating all day. Super close to the landing to launch your boat too.

What a comfortable, peaceful home. Lots of seating both inside and out. Do I want to sit on the dock, on the patio, on the porch at a table, in the chairs by the firepit? The house is in a great location - nice walk into town to check out the shops, get ice cream, go out to lunch. The living space and kitchen are very spacious so your family or group can spread out. Nice sized deck and outdoor space to enjoy. Everything was clean, fully stocked linens, nicely decorated. Kids had a great time walking into the water on the pebble stone beach and going out for canoe rides. We loved everything about this house and location and hope to visit again soon!

Clean, great view of Moosehead Lake, top notch appliances. The only issue we had was the main bathroom door was very sticky and the door knob didn’t work the best. My wife had difficulty getting out of the bathroom a couple times. Overall it’s a great property and we were very comfortable and loved our time there!

We're Ken & Lindsay and we're lifelong Mainers. We fell in love with the Greenville area while snowmobiling, ice fishing and ATV'ing here several years ago. We love the idea of providing excellent lodging and amenities to travelers and helping to make their vacation comfortable and hassle-free while staying at one of our 2 properties on Moosehead Lake.
