My house has a very convenient location: 10 min drive from Fort Lauderdale airport, 15 min. drive to Port Everglades, 15-20 min to Broward Convention Center, 20-min to world famous Sawgrass Mall shopping center, and 2 min. to a popular golf course. The drive to the beach can last 20-30 min depending on traffic. You have plenty of free parking in front of the house and Florida room with barbecue area in the back of a house. The area is safe, quiet peaceful. You can cook, do laundry free of charge. You will feel yourself like at home.

Nice and clean

I didn’t have any issues with renting this property. Everything went nice and smooth. Nice and clean home with everything we could have needed.

The owner left her cats which we took care to prevent them from starving. Minimal towels. Grounds minimal condition.

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend

When we first arrived and got inside it smelled so bad inside the house that we honestly contemplated leaving and finding somewhere else to stay but unfortunately the money was none refundable,the kitchen smelt so bad and had Nats flying around and hanging out on a juice container lid so my dad threw that away. We then opened to the fridge which had old rotten fruit inside and expired milk and so on smelt like mold and dirt. Then we noticed we could still smell something fowl so my dad went in cabinet closest to the sink and it had open cat food that smell so bad he was gagging try to throw it away. My boyfriend had found some light bulbs in the closet and changed the three that were out in the kitchen, I was honestly amazing at the amount of stuff out in the kitchen all over the counters and to see the dish drainer up and full of dishes with nats on them. After we found some air fresheners and out wall plugs in it smells better when we returned home later that night. The front and back yard need to be maintained better, you also have a pipe out back that is leaking water. Other then that the best part of our stay was the water pressure and hot water. Honestly if there was a way I could get some of my money refunded I would surely be trying to.

Excellent stay and beautiful home

This property was in a hood and quiet location. The host was amazing and easy to communicate. The atmosphere and the aesthetics really made us feel safe comfortable and relaxing. Definitely would recommend.

Look elsewhere

I booked this property and never got to stay. We arrived at the property after check-in time and had no access information. Messages to host were never responded to. I had to contact VRBO directly to get a hold of them. After an hour of waiting, we got a hotel. Such an inconvenience after the 2.5 hour drive.

My reservation was cancelled the day prior to travel

I was reviewing my travel itinerary when I, just by chance, saw the e mail cancelling my reservation - no phone call to alert me. It reads as follows, "Message from the host "Hello, I am so sorry, but I have double booking. I have to cancel your booking. This website doesn't notify me of any bookings. Sorry for inconvenience." Yeah, I'm sorry for the last minute "inconvenience" too.
