This is the perfect location! Quiet, bay front unit in the Playa Flamingo building. Just two short blocks to the beach. Relax in the evening and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Head next door to Ropewalk for food, drinks, and fun for children and adults! Many other restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance.

This recently updated two bedroom, two bath condo, sleeps 6. New stainless steel appliances and flooring. Roof top pool offers spectacular views of the bay and is on the same floor as the unit. Washer and dryer are available in the unit. Free WiFi and parking passes included. Building has an elevator with luggage carts available. Keyless entry for easy, no contact check in/out.

Beautiful condo

This is our favorite place to stay when we are in Ocean City. The condo is clean and beautiful. Our family loves to stay here and the kids love the pool and the bunk beds.

Perfect!

This was our third year in a row staying at this condo! It’s clean, the check-in/check-out is super easy. We absolutely love the views, walking to Rope Walk and it’s an easy walk to the beach. It’s perfect!

Second Fantastic Stay at this Property!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as good as last time. We love the location - next door to Ropewalk (our favorite restaurant!) and a super easy walk to the beach. The property itself is nice and we especially love the porch with the bay view for coffee in the AM and wine in the PM. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Condo in OC!

We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean and felt very well taken care of. The building is also well kept too. The location is fantastic - fun being next to Ropewalk but not at all loud - and just a quick walk to the beach. As the listing promised, the sunsets are SPECTACULAR! We sat outside every night and watched them. And a little bonus - during the summer months, there are fireworks every Tuesday night over the bay and we were treated to a 15 minute show with the best seats in the house! A great stay!

Beautiful views

The condo was beautiful. The views of the bay were amazing. We used the pool alot as the waves at the beach were a bit intense for us! The other guests were super friendly and helpful in recommendations.

Very nice stay

It was a beautiful place. A restful, relaxing stay. Close to the beach-walk across Coastal Highway and you're there. Close to restaurants. Drive was not bad to boardwalk. The drain in the master bathroom shower was not draining so that was a minor issue. Pool was very nice.

The condoe was absolutely what was promised. The beds were comfy and clean. This listing had absolutely everything we needed down to laundry detergent. The place was immaculate and the decor was very inviting. Best place we have ever stayed at in the few years we have been going! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Home away from home

We love everything about this condo! We rented a couple years ago and rented again this summer. It has become our favorite place to stay! The kids love the pool and the bunk beds! Mom and dad love the cleanliness of the condo, the quiet building and the view. Nicole is amazing and responds quickly if needed. She is great with communicating before and during your stay if needed! We never want to leave once our vacation is over (who does) but leaving this condo which feels very much like home away from home certainly makes it harder too!

Wonderful stay!

This condo was so clean, probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. It’s super quiet and the views of the bay are beautiful. The beds were comfy and the showers worked perfectly. We appreciated the smart TV’s and the washer/dryer. The beach is a short easy walk. There’s restaurants and a Dunkin in walking distance. Our kids are 8 and 11 and it was perfect for them. Thank you for the great stay!

Great Condo, Great Location

This was our second time staying at Nicole's condo, we loved it so much last year we booked the same week this summer. Not only is the location great, the condo is so well kept and it has everything you need. The Bay view is by far the best, morning coffee on the balcony, evening sunsets are amazing. The Mid-Town location is excellent, you are close good restaurants and but far enough from the boardwalk it does not feel crowded. The walk to the beach is easy, and the beach on 84th Street is typically less crowed than other beaches we have visited. Nicole is very responsive and was a great host! We are already looking forward to booking this condo again for next summer.

Would and will definitely stay again!!

We loved this place very much ms so much it was hard to leave the location was perfect for us and the condo was up to date and perfect for us and our two kids. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. The manager was very accommodating and defiantly one of our best experiences on Vrbo. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

My partner and I came into town for a music festival that was cancelled but decided to stay and make the most of our trip. This condo is well laid out, *clean*, private, and fully stocked to cook any meals you may want. The view (although rainy and foggy) was still gorgeous to look out on in the evenings. Close to the main strip and super easy to get in and out of. There was a book of places to order in from, as well as any contact info or basic questions about the property left for us as well. Definitely would rebook and stay here again when coming back into OC! 5* rating!

Beautiful Condo!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo! It was perfect for our family of 4. The views of the bay, the cleanliness, the décor, and owner communication are just a few of the many highlights of this condo. The location was only a few minute walk to the beach. Very convenient location!

Great location! Only few minutes walk to the beach and several restaurants! Awesome view of the bay and nice little marsh area where several birds such as cranes, blue herons and ospreys can be seen throughout the day!

Amazing

Great condo

Condo is modern, clean, and feels larger than the pictures suggest. The property owner is also very responsive and check-in / check-out is a breeze. You won’t go wrong booking.

Wonderful property

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicoles property! It was so clean and a great size for our family of four. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is well stocked for cooking at home instead of eating out every night. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely book again!

One of the Best!

We stay in OC every summer, and this condo is by far one of the best! The bayside location is quiet, yet central. The elevator with a luggage cart makes it super convenient when unloading. The keyless entry system is so easy and we never had to worry about losing or forgetting our key. The pictures of the inside do not do it justice. It is open and spacious with high ceilings that make it feel even larger than it is. It is tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings throughout. Most OC rentals have the cheapest, tackiest furniture and decor available. But you can tell that the owners really care about the comfort of their renters here. The mattresses and pillows are luxurious. The appliances are high end models in perfect condition. The kitchen is well stocked. The water pressure is great, and even with a family of 6, we never ran out of hot water. The TV and sound system in the living room are up to date. Even the Adirondack chairs on the balcony are super sturdy and comfortable to watch the beautiful sunsets each evening. We felt like we were guests in someone’s home rather than renters. We look forward to staying here again next summer, and for many summers to come!

Perfect Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our time in the condo. It was clean, comfortable and the view of the bay was amazing! The rooms were bigger than it appeared on the pictures. The condo is across the street from the beach so you felt more secluded which my husband and I really loved. Check in was simple and the condo had all the amenities that we needed. Nicole was great! VERY responsive to any question we had. There was a slight issue with the AC unit our fist night and she had the HVAC guy out there ASAP and even credited us for one night. We wioild definitely stay there again!!

Exceeded Expectations

The condo was clean and larger than pictures showed. Everything was new and nice. Had an amazing view of the bay where it was great to drink morning coffee or unwind after the beach. The furniture was comfortable. Fractured Prune and The Rope Walk is in easy walking distance. The pool was a nice bonus. Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was easy to reach and communicate with

Great place to stay for vacation!!!

Our family had a great vacation week in OCM! Nicole was great to work with. She had no problem answering any questions we had plus she was super quick to respond. The condo was as good as it looked in the pictures of not better than the pictures. The condo was super comfy and homey. The condo was super spacious, especially to accommodate our 21 month old and her pack n play, plus my 5 year old loved the bunk bed room!! The pool being on the same floor and so close was also amazing! This was our second vacation in OCM but our first here. Definitely want to stay here again if possible for next year! I now know why everyone gives it 5 stars! It’s a must stay!
