Ready to call your home away from home. Enjoy direct access to one of the best dog beaches in Perth. Also, the Yanchep village and patrolled Yanchep Lagoon is a only short walk, drive or bike ride away. You will have unlimited use of this recently renovated, clean and air-conditioned child and pet friendly home.

Short getaway

Booked for a 3 night getaway with our 2 dogs. Great interaction with the hosts and not intrusive. All was as described and more with everything you could require for a relaxing break. The beach is just across the road and the property is within easy travelling distance to Guilderton and Seabird for a day trip out. Would recommend this property to anyone particularly with dogs as a great enclosed area for peace of mind.

A perfect practical beach house for you and your dog.

A lovely practical beach house, perfect for us and our chocolate lab… having the dog beach across the road was a bonus… it was also a convenient location, close to family…even though our stay was busy and hectic coming back to the house was a lovely, relaxing respite…We loved our stay here, We would recommend especially if you have a dog .. Maverick also loved his treats that were left for him, a nice touch 🙂

Extended stay

We were caught out with longer dates on our work, but Helen & Warrick were more than happy to extend our stay as long as possible.

We are a husband and wife team who love all things nature. We are appreciative of the ability to share in the offerings of magic Yanchep. Warrick is a father, potter, artist, surfer and teacher and Helen is a mother, photographer, artist, web designer and teacher.

Cool in summer, warm in winter. Children easily entertained with direct access to the beach and enclosed back yard. Relaxing spaces and funky design. Clean and practical.

-Around 80m from the Ocean (dog beach)
-Around 400 m from the stunning Yanchep lagoon
-Around 7km to the Yanchep National Park (koalas, kangaroos, Inn, lake, caves, walks)
-Bush reserve on one side of the property
-Around 1.5 km - Shops are close, but not intrusive (Woolworths, Bakery, Newsagency, liquor store, chemist, etc...)
