One block from fabulous beach with bath house and snack bar. 1/2 mile walk to town center with great restaurants and shopping. 2 bedroom unit with full bath and outdoor shower. All new stainless steel appliances. Granite island comfortably seats 5 for meals or eat outside on your private patio. Central air, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Ceiling fans in each room. Owner could be in a completely separate unit on the property during your stay.

Perfect Beach and Town location

We had a wonderful time here. It was just perfect for the two of us. Easy walk to the beach or town. Close to a lot of the attractions. Just wonderful!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect, quiet spot close to the beach, bike path and downtown. Everything was terrific and the owner was very responsive to everything from the booking to our week long stay. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Quiet and Clean

A very quiet location one block from the beach and about a half mile to Falmouth center. The accommodation is very clean and new.

Fantastic Cape Vacation

Fred and Kippy's vacation rental had it all. It was the perfect rental for our family. The home was immaculate and offered just what we needed for a vacation on The Cape. The proximity to town and the beach was ideal. Fred and Kippy offered a lot of knowledge and useful information about the area that was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend their property to future vacationers!

Wa great Falmouth rental!

What a great condo! Perfect location with only a five minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown. The property is impeccably clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The beds are comfortable. The outdoor (heated!) shower is very convenient. Kippy, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. A great vacation experience overall. We highly recommend.

Week at the beach

Everything was great. The location was perfect(one block from the beach) 10 min. walk to town. The unit was clean & fully stocked. Our hosts were friendly & responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this unit.

Lovely week in Falmouth!

We were very happy with the accommodations this house offered. It is centrally located with a very short walk to the beach and leisure walk to the adorable town of Falmouth. The owners were very responsive. I recommend this VRBO property for your future vacations to Cape Cod.

Fabulous Spot!

We just enjoyed two wonderful weeks staying at Fred and Kippy's Falmouth condo and we loved it! The location is ideal for anyone who wants to walk to the beach, bike ride on the rail trail, and enjoy food, shopping, and delicious ice cream in the town center. The condo was stocked with all of the essentials and was very clean. Time flies when you're on vacation. Hope to visit again soon! Thank you Kippy and Fred.
