Luxury Ski-In/Ski-Out In Park City Mountain Village - Common Pool and Hot Tub

Please note that the Lowell elevator is currently out of service; while crews work on repairs, complimentary portage assistance is available daily from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., with first-floor storage available near the fitness center for ski equipment.

Located in the heart of Park City Mountain Village, this ski-in/ski-out Lowell Condo offers premier accommodations for up to 6. This property is perfect for those who want to be close to it all.

In the winter, guests can ski-in/ski-out from the base of Park City Mountain and in summer, access hundreds of trails right from your door by biking or hiking. This property is less than a minute walk to the complimentary town shuttle system allowing access to all Park City has to offer.

This gorgeous condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large main bedroom has a lush king bed with en suite bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be made into a king bed with 24-hour advanced notice and a bathroom across the hall.

The gourmet chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and it is open to the comfortable living and dining area. The hardwood floors, flat screen TV, electronic living room shades, cozy gas fireplace, and views create a relaxing environment to spend time and make memories. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.

After the day exploring, take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub on the pool deck. There's also a fitness center for guests to enjoy. Complimentary fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer in the property, garage parking, and common BBQ grill by the pool deck. Complimentary daily housekeeping during the winter season. Perfect spot to relax

The property is amazing, large in size and plenty of room for everything. TVs are outdated, but if you don’t mind that well this is the place for you. Wife and I love the location mostly because we enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend.

Amazing location

We had the best time in Park city. The Lowell was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better location. This was our first time in Utah skiing, and the easy access location to the mountain was perfect. The shuttle stop was right outside and made our trips to Main Street that much easier. The property was clean and spacious and we very much enjoyed the hot tub every day after skiing. Communication was great when I asked questions about groceries or Wi-Fi they got right back to me. We loved everything about this place and hope to return one day. We are a family of six we have an 18-year-old a 16-year-old and a eight and nine-year-old.

SKi Trip

This property is in a great location. Plenty of ski equipment rental very close by and the lifts are a very short walk away. I gave this property a 5 star all the way, but I did have one complaint. The beds weren't comfortable at all and one of them was so low to the ground, it was basically on the floor. Would suggest ownership upgrade the beds in quality and size for a perfect property.

Great way to do Park City

Having a nice comfortable condo right off the slopes is really the best way to do it IMO, and worth a little extra. Check-in was basically non-existent. They send you a door code and you let yourself in. Loved having a car with me, but it’s not necessary. It’s about 1/2 mile to town so you can walk it or take a free shuttle.

Great location, easy condo….

Stayed for a week in July. Check in was easy. Condo was very clean. There was a slight odor in the hallway between the elevator and condo. TVs should be upgraded as they are very small.

Perfect ski retreat

Father daughter ski week was everything we could have hoped for. Condo is everything promised, as described. We appreciate this location due to its close proximity for skiing, Park City bus service, and local pubs & restaurants.. Condo is very nice, well taken care of. Kitchen is well equipped allowing for optional meal preparation when desired.
