Just a short stroll from the breathtaking Rainbow Beach, this beautifully presented two-storey home comfortably sleeps eight guests making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing beach getaway.

Spread across two spacious levels, the lower floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy lounge, full bathroom, and laundry facilities for your convenience. Upstairs you’ll find four inviting bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a separate living area that opens onto a large entertaining deck overlooking the sparkling pool, perfect for relaxing afternoons and evening gatherings.

Located just 350 metres from the Bonny Hills Surf Club and the popular Fat Fish Bistro, and only 550 metres from the family-friendly Bonny Hills Beach Hotel and Garden Centre Café, you’ll have plenty of options to enjoy delicious meals and soak up the laid-back coastal vibe.

Bonny Hills itself is a charming seaside village situated only 25 minutes south of Port Macquarie and 28 minutes from Wauchope, making it a sought-after holiday destination for those wanting a peaceful retreat close to beautiful beaches and top local attractions.

Additional features include complimentary Wi-Fi and a pet-friendly policy for outside pets, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the holiday too!

If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

Neat, practical, great location

This property suited our needs for an extended family. It's a little older but neat and clean. Pool was great, kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, water pressure in the showers was superb and only a stroll to the beach. Loved the pet friendly backyard.

Beautiful little spot just a 100m walk away from the beach! Was perfect for our stay there, did have provide your own linens however that was fine. However there was minimal cleaning products including spray and wipes fyi. Pool was fantastic and we spent lots of time on the back deck. Will be back soon!

Great location, family friendly

The property was situated a short walk from the beach, surf house and coffee shop. Nice quiet area. The outside pool area was run down and needs some work but overall didn’t affect our stay. It was fully fenced for pets. House had everything you need inside and was near and tidy. Having to supply your own linen was a bit of a pain. Overall though it was a nice spot to stay 👍

Simple but comfortable

The property is a good base to explore port Macquarie area. Alittle run down windows and doors jam , air conditioner didn’t work and no fly screens due to French doors in 3 of the bedrooms meant lots of flies inside. Spacious enough for 6 people, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and lounges. Nice basic family accommodation could be really nice with some TLC.

Reviewer Comments: Aside from access issues on our arrival, which were taken care of by the real estate we had a very enjoyable stay. I would suggest advising renters of gardeners/pool maintenance people coming during their stays if applicable. We were holidaying with our dog and were caught a bit of guard with the gardener just entering the property without confirming with us that they were there. The home is very comfortable with heaps of room and the location was perfect with the beach at the end of the road.

Not good enough

Lounge had spider webs on it, ants everywhere. AC didn’t blow cool air was a very hot weekend. TV upstairs didn’t work, no screens on windows upstairs. filthy light fitting, AC was black with dust. We checked out next day. Had to find a hotel. Very costly weekend. I’m still waiting on compensation Booked in Feb now mid April. Elders agency do not answer my emails or return my calls.

A disappointing stay

We have stayed at this property before and rebooked looking forward to another good stay. Halfway through our stay the washing machine started playing up and continually beeped not allowing me to select a wash cycle. I worked out through much frustrating trial and error that if I unplugged it for a couple of hours the fault would reset and I could wash a load. We are a family of 6 so the washing is considerable and certainly not what i wanted to make the focus of my stay. The dryer also was not drying clothes, even after 3 150min cycles which was not an issue until it started raining. The upstairs AC does not work either, just blows room temp air no matter what setting it is on. We reported all these issues after trying to sort them out ourselves, on the Monday of our second week. I was condescendingly told that AC and dryers were non essential items, and that they would see if their appliance man could come see the washing machine as a priority. He made contact with me the next day and was great to deal with, he reported to the real estate that both the washing machine and dryer needed to be replaced. The air con was never inspected so should be removed from being advertised on the listing. No one from the real estate got in touch with me so I rang on the Thursday. I requested compensation but as yet have heard nothing. We are farmers from the bush and not whingers, never given a bad review. They should update the listing and the real estate could be better to deal with.

Accessibility is always a big issue, this place is not accessible, I get it. But these stairs are dangerous for those of us who can use stairs.

So I wouldn’t advertise the property as air conditioned personally. Thankfully was not too hot when we stayed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

The house is in need of some maintenance - air conditioner which cooled upstairs was inefficient. Bedrooms upstairs were oppressively hot and uncomfortable (even with fans). Front screen door was very difficult to open. We did notify Elders about the AC however as it was the weekend it was not able to be repaired.

We will be using the house again on the future as a perfect place for our large family to stay in.

This is a great house for small to large family. close to the beach and bonny hills is a great location. The house isnt 5 star as with the price, so a great priced well equipped holiday home. Dont forvet to orgainse your Linen.. Camden Haven Laundry Were so helpful. Family were very happy.. Thanks Guys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in this house which is good value and great location. Would be improved with a pantry in the kitchen and the sliding front door fixed- it’s really hard to move and has been for two years. House was reasonable clean. A sliding door on the back door would be better than the flat screen flaps. The poor is usually dirty from all the leaves that fall to the bottom although a pool cleaner did come while we weee staying but the pool doesn’t stay clean for long. Lots of ants around the house which get inside through the back door.The previous people staying didn’t lock the garage door so someone could have gained entry to the place. We only realised half way through our stay. Overall we always like coming to this house but there are a few easy things to fix it up!
