Central Santa Rosa Getaway w/ Private Outdoor Space

Premium guest suite with private entrance, separate living room and dedicated outdoor patio area. Complete with complimentary popcorn, coffee, tea and water for your enjoyment. Includes kettle, microwave & full size fridge. Located 2.4 miles to Down Town Santa Rosa & Russian River Brewing Company, half mile to groceries & restaurants, 7.4 miles to Sonoma County Airport and 2-5 miles to all major hospitals (including Kaiser). Best for 1-2 guests due to size.

This premium guest suite is located at the back end of the home. You enter through a well lit side gate and walk through a lovely yard. You will reach your own dedicated patio that is for your enjoyment during your stay. There is a lock box for check in at anytime. Come and go as you please with this private entrance. You have full access to your entire suite which includes:

Bedroom- queen bed, 40" TV with Roku & writing desk
Living Room- 32" TV, DVD player, Roku, Coffee/Tea Bar
Includes microwave, kettle and full size fridge.
Spacious Bathroom with tub/shower combo & toiletries

This suite is completely sectioned off from the main house, though still attached, so you don't have to share any of your own space.

Please note that there is no AC in unit. We do have fans in both rooms and an air cooler which uses water and ice-packs to cool the air. This unit shares walls with the main house so expect some noise, but nothing above average. We have put up soundproofing that muffles any noise. Also there are 2 steps up into your entry, not accessible for wheel chair.

Check in was straightforward, communication with host was prompt and easy. The space was clean and cozy, close to stores and perfect for my short stay.

Convenient location

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa. The property is close to wineries, restaurants and quaint towns. We will seek out availability next time we come to the area.

The private guest house was in fact private, clean, and quiet. For a quick stay in town it was perfect. There was a slight hiccup trying to check in where I did not receive the entrance code prior to my arrival, but the host responded fairly quickly with the information and was very apologetic for the missed information. Overall nice, easy stay.

Santa Rosa Getaway

We were very comfortable at our little VRBO condo. The host gave us a sheet and blanket at request so we could use the living room sofa as well as the bed in the bedroom.We were close enough to Primrose, where my brother is cared for, to walk there every day to visit him. It was comfortable and ideal.

Nice place, tiny sink, and don't check out late!!

Cute place -- comfortable for one, and maybe two. I did a writing retreat and enjoyed the quiet and seclusion of the little garden backyard. I would come back again. A couple things to note: There is no kitchen sink and the bathroom sink is very small. It's difficult to do dishes or even fill up a water bottle unless you're ok using the bathtub. Also, for the first time ever after staying at dozens of airbnb/vrbos, I was charged a late fee when I checked out. I was doing dishes, which took a long time, and so I did indeed check out late. Boom, [amount] late fine. The cleaner will be on your doorstep at 11:01 am, so just be aware. Also, the cleaner evidently told the owner I had guests because I own two pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals and had them by the door -- funny! But that kind of led to strained communication with the owner as I'm not sure whom she believed. Anyway, nice place to stay, just a few things to be aware of.

Perfect place for what we wanted- too bad VRBO Booking fees make it more then advertised

VRBO should show total price up front- always turns out to be 100 dollars more due to VRBO FEE ($ 34 !) plus cleaning plus tax.

Unprecedented heat

This cute little home is clean and charming in a lovely neighborhood. Perfect for 1-2 people. If you are coming to Santa Rosa during unprecedented heat, I do not recommend this home as it has no air conditioning and the small fans did not quite cut it. Once the temperatures cooled down, it was for glorious!
