Corolla Beach House is a golfer's perfect getaway. This beautiful home has a view of the pond and a view of the Rees Jones-designed golf course. This is the ideal home for a relaxing, fun, and exciting vacation stay on the Outer Banks. The pool and hot tub area are the perfect gathering spot where you can relax and have fun with the family after a day at the beach.

The wide covered deck provides a cooler space to enjoy outdoor company and conversation in the shade and a perfect spot to catch up on reading that favorite book. Indoor entertainment in the game room offers a shuffleboard table, ping pong table, dartboard, and a wet bar. Everyone can gather in the great room for delicious meals and movie time.

For the golf enthusiast, this home offers a discount at the 18-hole course at The Currituck Club.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

The outside of the house was covered with bugs. It definitely needs a good power washing.! The fireplace has a cardboard cut out box over it with the word snake on it. When I called Village Realty they never called me back. This house has a great layout. We were three families and we enjoyed very much the multiple rooms to gather in and the bedroom for all nice size beds and very comfortable. It is in a great location with golf course views. It has a lovely pool and a hot tub. We enjoyed our time there very much; however, the house really needs some work!

The Property is beautiful, but poorly cared for. Started with the fireplace being boarded up with a note that there was a “snake in fireplace”. The outside needs a good power washing, screen door was ripped leading out of the sun porch, I had to clean hair out of the shower floor upon arrival. The floors/carpets were not adequately vacuumed and there were bits of food from previous tenants that I had to clean up. The house has ample room for a large crowd, yet cooking was a challenge due to lack of adequate pots/pans/serving dishes. With some attention to detail this would be a 5 rental! Outdoor outlet doesn’t work on the driveway, which was an issue for Golf Cart charging. Pool was great, but the surrounding landscaping was constantly blowing leaves and debris into the pool, so it was messy. I had to clean dirt off of the door handles and door jams as well. We were able to make the best of our trip, but there was definitely disappointment in the condition of the house. This is our 4th stay in the community, and could not compare to the other homes.

This was a nice property with some good amenities and good facilities available at the club! A few things however keep me from giving this a five star rating although they are things you can deal with if you know in advance. The upstairs master bedroom is freezing cold while all other rooms on that floor are quite warm due to the vents in the master being open way too much. Wi-Fi was not available in the master suite and this is a problem. The property manager does know about, but I was told they didn’t plan to do anything about it. We actually had to go to Target to buy a Wi-Fi extender, which worked fantastic, but I did take that with me of course :-) also, cellular reception in the area around the master bedroom is virtually nonexistent. This is a large house but it only has two TV sets, and those are older units. Towards the last day of the trip, we did discover a small TV set in the closet of one of the other rooms, but given this is 2025 and the large number of bedrooms in this house, there should be more TV sets. Had we known this I have two that I use for travel that we would’ve brought with us. People need these screens for a variety of reasons today, including work, so I am disappointed by this lack of technology. One of the deadbolts into the main living space was so out of alignment it could not be locked leaving a door unsecured at all times. Finally, there are a number of small stinging hornets in the pool area.
