Villa CroAdria is a spacious five-bedroom villa for families and groups who want to spend their holiday together without feeling crowded. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a 42 m² private pool and a 50 m² open-plan living area, there is plenty of space for up to 12 guests.

The villa is located in a quiet part of Podstrana, just 8 km from Split and 16 km from Omiš and the Cetina River. Beaches, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, so you can enjoy a peaceful setting while keeping everything close by.

Villa CroAdria was originally built as a family home, and that can still be felt in the amount of space it offers today. Rather than being designed simply to fit as many bedrooms as possible, the villa has generous indoor and outdoor spaces where even a full group of 12 can enjoy their holiday without feeling crowded.

Outside, you’ll find a 42 m² private pool with a sun deck, loungers and parasols, as well as a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ. The private half basketball court gives the property something a little different, while table tennis and badminton offer even more ways to enjoy time at the villa. The terraces offer beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brač.

Inside, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, all opening directly onto the pool and outdoor dining area. One bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the ground floor, which can be especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Four additional bedrooms are located upstairs.

The villa has five king-size beds in total, while two of the larger bedrooms also have sofa beds. With five bathrooms, larger families and groups have plenty of space and privacy. Secure parking is available on the property.

One of the things that makes Villa CroAdria special is that everyone can spend the holiday together without having to do everything together. There is enough space to find your own corner when you want it, and plenty of places to come together when you don’t.

Guests have full access to the main part of the villa, including the private pool and outdoor areas, with their own private entrance. The owners live in a separate extension of the villa and have their own private entrance. The only shared area is the driveway through the parking area, which they use to reach their entrance.

Having the owners nearby can also be helpful if anything is needed during your stay. They take care of the regular maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas, while guests can enjoy their own space and privacy throughout their holiday. Maintenance is normally carried out early in the morning, before guests start using the pool and outdoor areas. If any additional access is needed at another time, it will always be arranged with the guests in advance at a time that works for them.

The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler parts of the season. Pool heating is intended to improve the natural water temperature, but the final temperature depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
