The condo occupies the first (top) floor. It comprises 3 bedrooms (two doubles and two twin beds), all are airconditioned. Furthermore there is a large living room ( can sleep an extra person on a sofabed), two bathrooms with shower, and one WC. The living room overlooks the lagoon of Porto Heli. It is spacious and comfortably furnished, with excellent taste and attention to detail.

The condo is 5 km from the port of Kosta (where you can get the boat to Spetses), 8km from Kranidi village, 15km from Ermioni, and 12km from the fishing village of Koilada.
