Welcome to Bohemia Big Bear! This amazing single level chalet home is perfect for a group of friends or family getaway to the mountains- ideally located in central Big Bear Lake only a few minutes from the Village where you can enjoy a lovely walk, movie, or dinner. You'll have the comforts from home along with an amazing year round location to ensure a memorable and relaxing vacation can be had here including a cozy and relaxing chalet under the stars and a ping-pong table in the game room converted garage- the possibilities are endless from here!
Enter your home in the cozy and warm living room where you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, knotty pine ceilings, and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and forest views of the cute neighborhood outside. Snuggle up on the cozy couches as you warm your toes together in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and pop on a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a dinner party or hosting your next family holiday in the mountains as it leads seamlessly to the equipped dining area and kitchen where you will find plenty of sitting space for your meals together between the breakfast bar stools and sitting table. The cute kitchen offers oak cabinets stocked with cookware and utensils along with stainless appliances and a dishwasher for a quick and easy cleanup.
A separate washer and dryer is right on hand here in the hallway which is perfect for your wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains no matter the season you are visiting. No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.
There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
