Close to several things to do

Advertised as a whole house when it's not. Another unit part of the house where you can hear them. Neighborhood - Advertised a nice neighborhood. It may be but hard to get around. An old dumpy truck parked outside driveway blocking the entrance where the owner wants you to park. Dog barking in the night. Appeared to have a big blood stain in the driveway when we got there that was cleaned up the next day. The unit was DIRTY! Bathroom door was dirty and painting was poor quality. The floors in the unit were dirty. Could feel dirt on your bare feet. The bedding was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. Felt like it had sand in the bed. The mattress was hard. The bedding was cheap. The kitchen quality of utensils were the cheapest on the market. A Christmas tablecloth on the kitchen table. The furniture is old. It smelled dirty and was stuffy when we arrived. I asked management for some sort of air circulation and they dropped off a fan. I recommend management put more time into cleaning, including the floors, upgrade the painting in the bathroom and upgrade the amenities in the kitchen and furnishings

Good place for a weekend getaway

This place has everything we needed for our stay really. It was nice to have multiple bedrooms and a kitchen table that could seat all five of us. The place wasn't the cleanest but it there were no glaring cleanliness issues. I have to take off one star because although the listing stated private space it seemed that we were sharing the house with people on the other side of a permanently locked door. We could hear talking and yelling one morning but other than that it was quiet. I just wish we were told ahead of time other people would be there. Besides that the stay was exactly what we needed and the proximity to in n out and a Korean supermarket was much appreciated. We would stay again it was a quiet neighborhood and walking up some hills nearby gave some awesome views of the city.
