Beautiful, quiet and luminous penthouse tastefully decorated, located right in the heart of the Golf valley in Nva Andalucia. The charming apartment has an L shape terrace overlooking the prestigious golf course of Las Brisas. It features 3 spacious bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WIFi an fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Main bedroom has a on-suit bathroom.
The apartment is ideal for golf lovers, 3 main golf courses are within 2 km ratio.
All kitchen appliances are Balay brand. The apartment is located in the very center of Nueva Andalucia and just 5 min drive to famous Puerto Banus. You can enjoy the calmness of amazing tropical gardens in this gated community with a variety of restaurants and food supermarkets within just 10 min walking distance.
Furthermore because of safety precautions and longer cleaning and sanitizing times we do not offer same day check out and check in.
