New elegant apartment in a heart of Andover town. 1 bedroom fully furnished flat which is just a stones-throw away from all restaurants, bars and shops.

A warm, colorful & well equipped 1 bedroom flat for up to 4 guests.

Apartment has everything what you might need for comfortable stay.
• Fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning before every stay.
• Weekly cleaning and new bed linen, towels if you stay more than a week.
• Soap, shampoo, tea, coffee provided.
• 4k 55'' Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV.
• Super fast Wi-fi broadband.
• Kitchen equipped with quality coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, also other necessary appliances including an iron, ironing board, a washing machine with dryer, fridge-freezer. Pots, pans and further necessary equipment provided for cooking basics.

• Bedroom features Super King Size Bed which can be converted to two single beds. Please let us know if you would like one super king size bed or two singles prepared.

• Corner sofa in living room can be used as bed for additional 2 guests.

Nice quiet flat located steps away from everything.

Property was nice and very clean. Everything that you need. It served its purpose and then some for me and my wife.

Großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung

Leider war die Terrasse zum Hinterhof, aber sonst war die Wohnung gemütlich. Gutes Bett, leider wenig Platz für Kleidung. In der Küche Tee, Zucker, Spülmittel, Küchentücher vorhanden. Auch Toilettenpapier und Seife im Bad. Nach einer Woche wurde gereinigt und die Wäsche ausgetauscht. Und als wir die verkratzten Pfannen erwähnt haben, wurden sie sofort ausgetauscht. Mitten in der Stadt umgeben von Restaurants und einem sehr schönen Pub. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und guter Standort für Ausflüge

Great flat in the heart of Andover

Great stay at the flat for 4 days. Perfect size, had everything we needed. Quick walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Wished it had on-site parking but I know that’s difficult in many towns. Thank you for being so accommodating to our early checkin request. Will use again next time we visit.

Cozy modern flat in Andover

The flat itself was very good, although the entry area and common areas of the block were untidy. I had a few problems with maintenance and instructions which the owner rectified promptly. My advice to the owner: Leave written instructions for operating things like the washing machine and the TV, plus the entry to the nearby parking is quite difficult to find the first time, also a compendium of recommended restaurants and places to visit would be helpful to first time visitors to Andover.

Excellent stay

We stayed for 8 nights and were extremely happy with our apartment. It looked exactly like the photos, it was modern, clean, all the amenities and more and Tomas was an excellent Landlord. We will be recommending to friends and will stay with TezaHomes again for sure! 5*****

Bright and sunny stay!

Lovely flat, fantastic communication with the owner who was very attentive. Everything was on hand and spotlessly clean. The flat overlooks a busy yard that backs onto a restaurant, so it is a bit noisy - but its central location makes up for that. It’s a really quick walk into pretty Andover town centre. Recommended!
