Hidden gem and a perfect location

The beach is nicely tucked in between St Augustine and Daytona. Very private beach and a beautiful property. The house was immaculate and made our family extremely happy. Right on the beach and a short 3-5 minute walk to two pools. Cannot say enough of how perfect our stay was. If you get the chance, stay here!

Gated and secluded

Listing and property all accurate. Toll every time we left property unless driving 15 miles down to cut across A1A was a pain and out of way, just bit the bullet and paid it. Everything you need close by. Front door knob needs replaced only the combination knob worked. Pools were nice and never crowded. Severe construction however, trucks and workers on every street. Halfway from Daytona and St Augustine made day trips easy for shopping with teens. Also took a day trip to Orlando on a whim! Overall highly recommended. Teens had freedom and felt safe thanks to the gates.

Great getaway!

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of five! Such a gorgeous view! The only thing we ran into was the fitted sheet in the master bedroom was dirty when we arrived, but there was an extra sheet set in the closet so it wasn’t a problem to change it out. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Quiet Paradise Experience

Booking and all communications to my questions were answered with a quick response. Friendly safe beautiful gated community with awesome amenities. This is not a commercialized area but has restaurants and a Publix which are not in walking distance if that is what you are looking for. The Unit 642 was very clean, well kept and felt good with a gorgeous sunrise directly in front of the balcony and is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen area. The area is quiet and clean throughout the community and pool areas. A wonderful get away for rest and relaxation while listening to the waves crash. The beach was not crowded at all, plenty of space feeling like it is your own little private area. I would recommend this unit and destination, my 17 year old granddaughter enjoyed herself and especially the balcony, beach and pool area.

Ocean view

The condo was in a great location. Right on the beach. We watched the sun and the moon come up most days on the spacious balcony. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/pans/utensils. The community pools were lovely as well. We would definitely recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was one of the very nicest I have had the opportunity to stay in, and I have traveled extensively. It has a phenomenal view just over the top of the palm trees of the breaking surf and the sound is music through the years. The unit is very clean, impeccable decor, and yet very comfortable and inviting. Well stocked with the necessities. Probably the nicest thing about cinnamon Beach, is the privacy and a quiet atmosphere that is obtained within the Gated Community. I highly recommend.

No water access

Beautiful property. We were disappointed you could not access ocean because of rocks going more than four feet into ocean as far as you could walk everything else about property was lovely.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view, beautiful place to spend a vacation as depicted in the photos. For future renters, the unit is on the 4th floor. We initially took the elevator to the 6th floor. Also, the washer/dryer is in the unit. It did not show this in the photos so it was a pleasant surprise. The rental company was very responsive and helpful, easy to work with too. One negative is that there is no recycling in the entire Cinnamon Beach development. Pretty shocking for an area dependent on their natural resources for their economy. This is not specific to this unit; the entire development does not have a recycling program including the lovely poolside Grill. Offering a recycling program would be the one thing I would love to change about this place, otherwise it was wonderful!

Fantastic time at Cinnamon Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this condo. We love it. Its a large condo with very comfortable furnishings. Great kitchen, fabulous view. And I really love the community. We can let our teenagers just wander without any concerns. There is also a community pool/fitness center/game room/burger joint area as well as a 2nd pool. The walk to the beach is so easy. So close to the condo. And parking is abundant!! Publix is literally 5 minutes away!! Everything you need. The management company was also awesome. Very responsive, even on the weekend. They provided a great deal of pre-arrival information and directions. Housekeeping was on it, the place was so clean with lots of bath towels. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially a family!!

Wonderful experience

The condo is right next to the walkway to the beach so very convenient. It was a close walk to the pools which gave us so many options for water fun. The view from the condo was spectacular with plenty of space on the balcony for everyone. I loved being close enough to explore St. Augustine but far enough away to be away from traffic and the busy beaches. The condo and entire property of Ocean Hammock was impeccable. My only suggestion would be to put some hand soap in the kitchen in addition to the dish soap. We will stay here again!

The only thing we would have appreciated was to have known up front that we needed to bring our own toiletries, detergents, hand soaps, and paper products such as tissues, toilet paper and paper towels. Since other places we've been in the past have provided such items for the duration of the stay. Not sure if we missed that information in the small print prior to rental. That aside, we loved it and will definitely come back! To the owners, thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven! Highly recommend it.
