There is also a powder room off the entrance foyer. This villa has an open concept design. The expansive great room looking out at the ocean has a kitchen, dining area & family room. Enjoy over 3000 sq feet of living space. The Palms South is attached to The Palms North which can also be rented if you have a larger group.
