Lovely house near Vail and Beaver Creek

A really lovely house that is well maintained and clearly taken care of by its owners. 10 minutes to vail and 5 minutes to Beaver Creek. Shopping close by. If its free, book it!

Charming and Welcoming Mountain Escape

Had all the amenities we needed. Lovely eclectic decor without being cluttered. Loved the games and the hot tub and the aesthetic. We utilized the owner's spot-on recommendations for restaurants and activities, and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Everything we needed

The home came with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The owners were great to communicate with and even let us know we were able to check in several hours early. They provided us with numerous suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Peefect choice for our familys 4th of July getaway!

Great Location and Place

We rent annually in the Eagle-Vail area and are pretty picky about our places. Everyone loved the condo. It was spacious, well decorated, well equipped and bright. Julie is a wonderfully responsive host and clearly cares about her place. Our family of four would stay there again!

Beautiful Home. Even Better Than The Pictures.

The home was lovely, thoughtfully-appointed and comfortable. There was more than enough space for our family. The kitchen featured everything you'd need for meal prep and serving. And the pantry was generously stocked with basic supplies and necessities. The comfy family/living room and outdoor hot tub made for wonderful relaxing evenings after a full day of skiing. Also the location was perfectly placed between Vail and Beaver Creek so we were able to enjoy both mountains. And the close proximity to Walmart made grocery shopping a breeze. I would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful Townhome and Perfect Location

We had a group of 9 and we absolutely loved it. The townhome was recently renovated and it was beautiful. The main living area is very spacious and we never felt cramped. We skied at both Vail and Beaver Creek during our stay and it was only 5-10 minute drive to each location. Additionally, driving times to restaurants and grocery stores are just as short. The complex has a snowplow that clears the road and driveways every morning so we only had to clear around our cars which made it for a quick morning to get out. We will definitely be back next ski season and would love to stay in the summer or fall.

Perfect pick for the pickiest renter!

My family and I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property! We said multiple times that it's our dream vacation home...location, decor, layout, and more. It's clear that Julie and her family put a ton of love into redoing the townhouse. Everything is so well thought out and there is not a single detail missing. From the furnishings to the amenities, everything was immaculate. There are also so many thoughtful touches including books to read for kids and adults alike, tons of fun board games, and more. Our family LOVED the location--perfectly set between Vail and Beaver Creek. The community of EagleVail is fantastic. We loved riding bikes in the neighborhood and enjoying the golf course at night with our son and our dog (my husband and son also played golf twice and the EagleVail Golf Club couldn't have been better--a two minute drive up the hill to the clubhouse). Loved having a true backyard as well. You can't beat the sunsets and the setting...it's truly mountain paradise! Finally, we cooked most of our meals at the house and felt right at home--incredibly well stocked kitchen with everything we needed! I could go on and on...but in short, if you're picky like I am, you won't be disappointed! :) Counting down the days until we can return!

Perfect in all ways!

We had a wonderful stay at this Eagle-Vail Townhome. It was the perfect location for our group of 6 skiers (3 adults, 3 teen boys), less than 5 minutes to the Beaver Creek entrance and about 10 mins. to Vail Village parking. The Townhome is super well-appointed with anything you would need for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is ready with all the accoutrements you would need to make a feast. The vibe at this rental is very chill and feels comfortable, like you're meant to be there and not a guest. The owners have done a tremendous job creating that sense of home. Speaking of the owners, the communication was second to none leading up to, during, and after the rental period. Restaurant recommendations, ideas of things to do, and making sure we, as renters, had everything we needed to insure a wonderful time - they did it all. While we came during the winter to ski, I can see this being an enviable home base during summer and fall seasons too, given the location in close proximity to so much that Eagle-Vail, Avon, Edwards, and Vail Village have to offer.

The perfect place for a family gathering

This was the perfect place to gather with family. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything we needed to cook meals together, play games, soak in the hot tub, and have quiet time when needed. It is conveniently located--close to stores, hiking and skiing. The hosts communicated with us before and during our stay, making sure we were ready for our trip and comfortable with our stay. Again, the perfect location for our trip to reunite with family.

This wonderful home has everything you need to relax!

Our family of 8 adults and one child Loved this home. Golf course right here for our golfers, swimming pool & play ground 2 blocks away for our granddaughter and Vail just a short drive away! This kitchen had everything you need while being there! Our family loved just sitting and enjoying the fire pit at the end of every night!

GREAT VAIL SUMMER GETAWAY!

Our family of 5 was well accommodated in this beautiful property! It was situated on a beautiful golf course in a gorgeous neighborhood, and we enjoyed the hot tub, the updated Ikea kitchen, the comfortable living room complete with a smart TV and a wall of games for us to choose from. The owner was also very easy to communicate with and she quickly answered a few questions we had upon arriving to the property. The home felt safe, cozy, and it was conveniently located nearby to Vail Village, good restaurants and shopping areas. Highly recommend this VRBO on your next trip to Vail!!!!

Fall Week in the Mountains

Perfect blend of mountain style with modern convenience. Roomy and bright and cozy. Perfect for families or several couples. Owner has thought of every detail. Very clean. We are very picky and could not have been more pleased, it is exactly as seen in photos. Highly recommend!

Highlight of our trip

After 7 months of life with covid Going on and working in healthcare, and the kids at home - we needed a vacation, badly. We drove from chicago and planned on doing 3 days in vail, days in Estes park, 3 days in Colorado Springs... I’m writing this review from Estes park and I wish we never left our place in Vail. Julie and her family are beyond incredible. They put such passion, care and detail into their weekend house. Julie gave us so much great insight and hiking ideas and things to do. They are a role model for all other home rentals. The house was immaculate. The beds were so cozy! The house smelled so good. The soaps and lotions were like a resort. The hot tub and the backyard and the community of eagle-vail. This place was awesome. 5 stars and highly recommended.

Ideal Family Vacation Home Close to Vail

We drove from the East Coast to Vail to get a change of location after months of quarantine. We wanted a house that had all the amenities of home where we could settle in for 10 days. This was an ideal space with wonderful owners who were very responsive, helpful and had excellent communication. The home is thoughtfully designed with a nice array of public and private spaces. Each person had their own space but we came together to play games, watch movies, work on puzzles or just hang out. The kitchen is fabulous with everything we needed to make great meals- we love to cook. And we were greeted with a handwritten note and bottle of wine. The location is beautiful with easy access to Vail Village and Avon (10 minutes at most in either direction). Most mornings we took an early walk on the golf course and went for coffee and breakfast at Loaded Joe's before going on a hike or exploring part of the valley. Everything is easily accessible but you feel like you've come home to a quiet oasis when returning to the house. The home backs to a golf course and the neighborhood has great walking/running areas. My husband and kids played the Par 3 course several evenings which is in easy walking distance from the house. The kids set up hammocks in the aspen trees in the yard and we sat on the back patio around the fire pit as the sunset. And of course the hot tub was put to good use! The house is well-designed for winter ski vacations with benches to remove boots, ample storage and baskets of cozy blankets. We commented several times that we would love to return in the winter as my husband grew up skiing at Vail & Beaver Creek. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning to your home!

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family getaway. We had room for our five children (with a couple of significant others), our grand baby and our grand dog. The kitchen had everything we needed to make families meals throughout the whole week. We did not eat out once. Julie and Jeff did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. We plan to stay here again.

Definitely Exceeded Expectations

Our family and friends enjoyed a week at Julie's home and it was definitely above our expectations. Julie was a wonderful host and very helpful throughout the entire process. Although I was there for surgery at Steadman Clinic, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to ski at Vail or Beaver Creek, as the home is located close to both resorts and right near the bus stop to make getting anywhere a breeze. In all, we were very, very happy with this vacation rental! 5 Star!!

Spacious and comfortable home for a large group

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. The exterior is perfectly fine, but doesn't do the property justice- the inside is beautifully decorated and appointed but also very comfortable and kid friendly. The space is very social, the hot tub was great, and the back yard was perfect for eating outside and kid play. Having bedrooms on the bottom floor was great for a large group with small babies who nap throughout the day. The only issue we had was with check in - hosts typically send door code a day in advance, so make sure to connect with them before your arrival if you don't receive it.

Amazing Townhouse in Eagle

The Andrews have a beautiful home and did an amazing job in the remodel. There was plenty of room for family and friends to sit together and relax or play one of the many games provided. It truly has everything you would need during your stay. The location is perfect to ski or explore the surrounding area. The owners are great, quick to respond and help out in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this property.
