Mogg's View - Great Ocean Views & Walk To The Moggs Beach

Moggs View is a cozy family oriented 3-bedroom home within walking distance of the Moggs Creek beach. Fantastic views from the open plan kitchen/dining and living area as well as the master bedroom. There is a wood fire for winter holidays and air con. & Ceiling fans for the summer holidays. And the surf conditions are available from the living room!

The furnished rear deck has a BBQ and is sheltered from the wind. Situated on a large block, there is heaps of exploring for the kids to do.

Linen not provided - Hire service available.

Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc.) See terms and conditions

Forced move in days may apply over peak times. See terms and conditions

Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Beautiful setting but tired old property

The photos on the Stayz site do not reflect the shabby state of this property. We stayed in winter and wanted an open fire place. The fireplace was dirty and filled with debris - not set to light as many other places we have stayed have been. There was no firewood inside so hubby had to cart it back and forth from the shed and no kindling or firelighters which we had to go and buy ourselves. Both sofas had dog hair all over them so I thought i'd vacuum them - the vacuum wasn't really working. The dishes in the cupboards were oily and some were still dirty so we had to wash dishes before we used them. It's a shame that the place is not tweaked to have a few little comforts that would make the house easier to clean and stay in. The view was gorgeous and the walks on the beach were brilliant. Just know that after you walk past the Fairhaven surf club - there is only one access point to the road. We got caught at high tide trying to walk to the Airey's shops near the Pankalac river - but at high tide you can't get through. Just something to keep in mind. Also don't bother using the Endota spa at the Mantra in Lorne. The lack of experienced staff showed and it was an underwhelming experience for the money. But do go and support local - Ipsos is sublime for dinner. Everywhere else is struggling and needs the support.

Sea views at Moggs Creek

Fab beach house for a casual stay. Comfortable inside. Wonderful sea views, and minutes walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Tired property in a great location

Beautiful, v convenient location. Mid week the traffic noise was not a problem at all, just lovely to watch and hear the waves, although agree with others, that the lack of a place to sit and capitalise on the view is perplexing. Property felt rather tired and run down - everything a bit old and grubby, but we had a wonderful time.
