It's worth noting that this rental is best suited for shallow draft boats, as the canal entrance has approximately 2 feet of depth.

The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people. All guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 pets permitted with manager approval and $250 nonrefundable per-pet fee. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150) .
