Nature's lap in Te Arai

We have two well insulated units which can accommodate 4 adults each. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and two showers / toilets beside each unit. The units face the paddock and the valley and provide a tranquil setting to sit back and relax. The unit is set up on a mini farm with a couple of donkeys and sheep in the paddocks. Few hens who free range around the property and a couple of bunnies.

Wonderful time

Stayed here after an awful camping experience and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! They were so welcoming, telling us all the best things to do in the area and helping us with our muddy gear. Could not have asked for a more perfect accomodation!

Great farm experience

Wonderful experience! Super friendly hosts who kindly showed us around the farm, introduced us to the various farm animals and gave us fresh eggs from their chickens in the morning for our breakfast! Rooms were clean and spacious as well.

Delightful Little Cabins

These little cabins are ideal for adventure seekers who just need a place to stay for a night or two. 🏄 The facilities were very tidy and new and equipped with everything you need. The location is great and the area is peaceful. We enjoyed our stay here and found the farm animals very entertaining 🐑

Amazing house, such an awesome view. The cabins are so spacious so 5 of us slept in there very comfortably. Lovely owners so sweet and caring. Everything was so clean and tidy, and was always offered extra things. 10/10 !!

Lovely! So peaceful and great base for exploring

We had the BEST time!! Nice clean and modern cabins. Great setup with a seperate cabin for the kitchen and bathrooms. But all under an awning with outside lights so not like you’re having to walk down a dark path to the loo in the middle of the night. Not super close to the beach but we actually didn’t mind because of the beautiful scenic drive to the beaches. Was a really peaceful spot out in the country but not too out of the way either. Anu and Ravi were GREAT hosts, suuuper friendly and great communication. They were so so kind to us. Took us for a tour to meet the animals, and there were so many kinds of animals from fluffy bunnies to donkeys! But don’t worry if you’re scared of animals there are fences around the cabins separating you. The beds were super comfy and nice fairy lights around the place. Lots of outdoor seating/ umbrellas etc. Would love to come back again

Great weekend getaway

Lovely place and friendly hosts. My 3 yo loved feeding all the farm animals and running around with Indie the lab. Fresh eggs for brekkie from the coop. An hours ride from all the activities on the coast and the beaches. Highly Recommend .
