This ideal area for families and retirees known for its tranquility, its 2 Olympic size swimming pools 45 seconds from the house with large green spaces will give you your private space to sunbathe in peace. There is a corner for babies and young children who will have their swimming pool adapted.
Pétanque courts, ping-pong tables, the 2 new tennis courts and the roads in the area will be perfect for children. Permanent security on the estate with dozens of cameras, the caretaker and a code gate will help you complete a pleasant stay.
The house is completely new from April 2019 fully equipped with: air conditioning throughout the house, 60 'smart TV and TNT, Netflix, unlimited internet, a real kitchen, an outdoor patio for eating on the terrace, a trampoline in the garden .
The bedding is new, each memory foam mattress and 1 Queen bed for the master bedroom on the ground floor, and 1 double bed with 2 single beds for children or friends on the mezzanine.
