This rustic antique Balinese Lima sun House, converted to an amazing glass house with ocean views from every room.

200 year old restored teak wood and polished concrete floors.

With 2 bedrooms , A/C and ceiling fan, for your choice and block out blinds for a beautiful sleep in the comfy bed , both having large ensuite bathroom, shower while gazing at the stars or close the all weather curtains.
Comfortable lounge and smart TV, games and books.

Fully equipped kitchen, lounge Tv area, indoor out door eating areas.
The clutter free environment makes for a relaxing vibe.

All looking over the pool and grassy area to the ocean, the sunsets are divine.
Enjoy massage and beauty care in house with Kadek our experienced and trained therapist on our massage table supplied.

Included with your stay, Staff will cook you breakfast , make beds and tidy up .
Arrange other meals, massages and your day if you require, they are so friendly you will want to book another holiday.

Balian is still the old frontier, you may experience the cows or chickens strolling by out front, the air is fresh, the black sand is sparkling , Awesome views and the surf is real good when its on , and many uncrowded breaks also not far to Medowi for a good surf also.

Balian is away from the hussell and bussell, no night clubs or shopping malls here. enjoy the relax you deserve, divine sunsets, starry nights, local cafe and restaraunts nearby or enjoy home deliveries, menus provided.

Staff Wayan and Kadek are amazing and want you to have a holiday with memories to take home, they will help you with all to make your stay the best experience.

Off the grid total relaxation

Our stay here was so beautiful. Can’t say enough bout how wonderful the staff were , from breakfast , massages & a fabulous home cooked dinner on our last night . Stunning views , we will definitely be back again for a totally relaxing experience. ⭐️

This house is a gem in Bali! My daughters and I had such a wonderful time there. It was so nice to have a driver pick us up at the airport so we didn’t have to worry about transportation. The staff were amazing and made delicious breakfasts every morning. The location was stunning on the beach -we were able to see the beautiful sunsets and just a short walk into town. We had a few minor issues with plumbing that were attended to immediately. I would definitely stay here again and recommend recommended it highly!

Balian Beach

Maya Satori is a amazing beach villa , great location away from the busy beaches and crowded streets of Denpasar. House itself is a comfortable two bedroom wood n'glass constraction cozy and invating. We loved spending our evenings seating in front of the pool watching amazing sunsets. Staff that took care of us durring our stay was kind and helpful, from making our breakfasts to helpig with every needs. Wayan was there to help everytime we needed her. Nyoman who arranged our pick up from and to the airport was there to take us on day long trips to discover unforgatable Balian sites. House has also beautiful garden with flowers and fruit bearing palms and trees. The neighborhood is come and quite and local restaurants will supply you with array of delicius treats.We would recommend Maya Satori to anyone who enjoys nature and authentic local lifestyle.

This was the most relaxing stay we've ever had. We did read a review that almost derailed our stay there so I'm going to address a few things. 1. The bathrooms are open air. Meaning they have large openings to the outside and you can't close it off. They are fully concrete which is smooth as tile. This was alarming at first and it became one of our favorite parts once we understood the authenticity of the location. 2. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. None in living or kitchen area and none in bathrooms. It's very humid in wet season and we spent a lot of time in the bedrooms because of this. 3. Laundry. The listing says laundry but there is not laundry on premises. You have to contact staff and they will come to you to get your laundry and drop it off when finished for a fee. It's VERY inexpensive and worth it for the speedy and kind service. 4. Location. The villa is very remote and there is not a lot of services near by so be certain to bring things you'll need. That being said- this was an amazing stay. The staff catered to EVERY need and delivered every single request to the door. We got massages and facials in the villa. We had our laundry done for us. We rented a scooter and they dropped it off and picked it up. They made us breakfast every morning. We ordered food from local restaurants and it was delivered to us while we were enjoying the pool. We hired the driver for day trips and he handled every single interaction while we were out.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus zu verbringen und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Gegend mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegende Natur. Es ist offensichtlich, dass der Eigentümer viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in die Gestaltung des Hauses und des Gartens gesteckt hat. Das Haus selbst ist makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu haben. Ich habe vor allem die Terrasse im Freien genossen, auf der man den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte . Die Umgebung bietet viele Aktivitäten ,das Ferienhaus ist auch ein perfekter Ort, um einfach nur zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Natur zu genießen. Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit von der Hektik des Alltags braucht. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an unseren Fahrer Herr Nyoman der uns die außergewöhnlichsten Orte auf Bali gezeigt hat und uns immer mit geholfen hat bei unserer Planung. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!

This house was purchased in Java, its 200 year old Teak wood, my friends dismantled and shipped over to Bali, they set up camp on the land and proceeded to sand all the wood back to like new, we then made a plan a used the wood to make an amazing Glass house, the Javanese had never done anything like this and loved the challenge and new style, it was one of a kind and a lot of fun and learning for all.
The view is amazing and we have a natural environment the photos tell the story, the old frontier.
The locals are friendly the village is pristine , mountains are close by, we have it all here at Balian, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the old Bali.

The old wood , and the part of the fence we were able to use as a feature inside, are rustic.
With all the glass its perfect, there is curtains to use of a night.
Its inside like living outside.
First of its kind in this area, the views are amazing,.
I lived in the house for a few years, and I now get back as often as I can but for short stays as my life changes, and so happy to share this experience of Balian.
