Themed Townhouse at Regal Palms offers a Lazy River, Bar, Restaurant and Spa

Our resort offers a wide array of wonderful amenities. Amenities include: 3 swimming pools with a water slide, a lazy river, jacuzzi, volleyball court, 24-hour reception, playground, games room, on site restaurant, ice cream parlor, store & spa which are all available for guests to use.

Regal Palms Resort is conveniently located right off HWY 27.
Berry Town Center is within a 10 minute walk which has many shops which includes Publix grocery store, restaurants such as Applebee's, IHOP, Mia Pizza, Sunday's Grill, liquor store & a bank.

Posner Park is less than 20 minutes away and is home to a Target, Ross, Dick's Sporting Good, Dunkin Donuts, Popeyes, Dollar Tree, Cici Pizza, Pet Smart, Books-A-Million, JC Penney, Chick Fil-A, Best Buy and Cinepolis IMAX. There is also a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart close by.

Disney can be reached in about 15 minutes, Universal Studios in about 30 minutes and SeaWorld in about 25 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 60 minutes, Gulf coast in about 90 minutes and Orlando International is 40 minutes.

Bedrooms all include a smart tv with cable & Netflix access.

Downstairs Master Bedroom has a King bed & en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs Bedroom #2 has a King bed & en - suite bathroom.
Upstairs Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed with a shared bathroom.
Upstairs Bedroom #4 has a twin bed & a bunk bed with a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped & includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove & hob & fridge/freezer, pots & pans, dishes, glassware & silverware.

There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer.

If needed, there is a pack n play & highchair for your use at no additional cost.

The daily resort fee is US $22.40 including tax per household and is payable to the Clubhouse when you check in (resort fee discounted for Snowbirds monthly stays Jan to Mar)

ALL OUR HOMES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

Everything was very worn and shabby, not clean and terrible linens

The basics were clean (fridge, counters and floors) but doors, handrails, windowsills and sofas were filthy. The pillows and linens were of the cheapest quality and very worn. The quilt had holes. I would not recommend staying here.

Property was ok feel owner was let down by management company. Windows were filthy walls required cleaning/ painting as did bedrooms and a general update to kitchen needed some appliances did not work. Contacted management as Aircon not working also safe in master bed room did not lock and was not secured. Several lamps did not work either Aircon was fixed but nothing else was adressed. There was only soft seating for 5 people. Pool area was great pool was open late and heated, however resteraunt and bar area were closed by 830pm.

Not expected

Condo is as described- except that I requested a 2 bedroom got a 4 bedroom. A/c was pre set at 85 and was not easily cooled. We finally kept the window open. The downstairs master had no air flow and was hot the entire stay. For that alone I would not recommend. Other than that it was fine

Family Vacation

The house was so nice, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, probably the best sleep I’ve ever had on a vacation! The resort was wonderful too! So much to do, our kids had a blast! The staff is friendly and helpful. We hope to come back some day!!
