HI Glenn, sounds like there was some communication issues on our end and for that we apologize. This unit does not come with the Players Club -we don't have it advertised as such. The pool at Coral Falls does have a Tiki Hut so that's what we were referring to. We have been told by multiple guests that the online application can be cumbersome- this is unfortunately out of our control but thansk for the feedback! Thanks for all of your feedback, we really appreciate it!
