Immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow located at 540 Buckingham Circle, Davenport FL 33897 is 22 miles (36 kilometres) from Disney World. It features a private, heated pool along with WIFI, cable, washer/dryer, kitchen eating area, dining room and great room. Gated community also allows for access to community pool, fitness center and pool lounge area.

Home has been completely updated and provides visitors with the opportunity to recharge and relax as it is located in a quiet community. The gated community provides security to visitors.

Close to amenities such as groceries, pharmacy, shopping and restaurants.

***NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED***
Renters will be charged $500 USD if they violate the pet policy and $1,000 USD if they smoke on site.

Home away from home

I want to thank you guy for letting us stay at your beautiful home it was like being at our own home. We loved every minute of the home from being able to relax to enjoying the pool as a family it definitely was a great experience and i will definitely book this house in the future if needed. Spring Break 2023

Our spring break 2023 was amazing! Micheline was very attentive and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. The house was immaculate and the description of everything was accurate! It’s close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and Disney! The neighborhood is cute, quiet, well maintained and secure! We had everything we needed to stay at the house and relax! When it was time to come back to reality I was able to get all of our laundry done before we left so that was one thing I didn’t have to do coming back from vacation! Thank you for all the great memories our family was able to make here!!
