The Space:
After a long day, the covered lanai and pool deck that overlooks a lake offers an ideal space where you can have a drink or just sit and relax and muse over the memories of a most hectic, but enjoyable day.Pool heat is recommended from October to April and is extra $20 per day. This home is in one of the closets neighborhoods to Disney you can even see Epcot’s fireworks light-up the night’s sky around the villa due to the house's proximity to the park.
The beautiful house has just been upgraded and renovated. New granite countertops in all bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances . The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, rice maker and all you need to prepare meals for your family and even some snacks to take to the parks.
There is a big screen TV in the living room that you can enjoy watching a movie on HBO while relaxing on the modern recliner sofa after a long day in the parks,
Master “romance” bedroom with en suite bathroom, has a king size bed, TV and walk in closet. Mater bathroom with 2 vanities with new granite countertops, large shower and tub, and an additional door to the pool deck.
En suite Star Wars room has a queen size bed,TV, and LED galaxy projector for the ceiling, so you feel you are truly in space. The Death Star lamp and the Yoda children’s pool wrap custom complete this amazing room for Star Wars lovers.
Harry Potter room has two twin beds, HP robes for the little ones and Mickey and Minnie room has two twin beds.
All rooms also have new flooring and paint and TV, in this amazing home that sleeps up to 8 people.
The house is fully equipped with extra linens, pool towels, and there is a washer and a dryer for your convenience. Free WIFI, cable and free local and long-distance calls to North America.
The complimentary supply kit includes one roll of paper towels, 1 extra trash bag, 2 dishwasher pods, liquid soap, 2 rolls of paper per bathroom and laundry detergent.
Kids and adults can enjoy this game room that has a foosball, pool table and air hockey table.
We love to have families and we welcome them with a gift basket with wine, snacks and souvenirs to take home for those who book fo 5 or more nights. For those with babies there is a pack-n-play and a highchair.
We take comfort and safety seriously, with high-efficient air-conditioning throughout the house, and ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool. It also has removable pool safety fence for protection of young infants if needed, and pool door alarms.

There is Walmart supercenter and restaurants only 5 minutes away, 20 minutes to Universal, 1 hour to Busch Gardens and less than 2 hours from the famous beaches of Clearwater

The Neighborhood:
In addition to a great location, Indian Creek contains 2 playgrounds, a basketball court, a tennis court, a putting green and a jogging trail. All are free for residents to use.
You often hear the expression 'Location, Location, Location'. Well, our home has the best location possible. This immaculate home is just 5 minutes from Disney's main entrance. The villa is also conveniently located 5 minutes away from the I4 highway, which takes you directly to the main shopping centers in the area.
