Comfortable, spacious and fully furnished 3-bedroom 1 bathroom home nested at the central location.

Walk to Lynwood Village shopping, 3 min drive to Stockland Riverton Shopping Centre, Library, Riverton Leisuireplex, 5 min drive to Westfield Carousel shopping center, 15 Km to Perth city, 30 mins drive to Fremantle.

Spotless Home with Everything You Need

We absolutely loved everything about this stay! The location is excellent supermarket just around the corner, park within walking distance, good neighbourhood no complaints at all, just pure gratitude. One standout for me (which I’ve never found in any of my previous bookings through A*****) was the bidet sprayer in the toilet. I much prefer washing over wiping, and this thoughtful detail made such a difference ! I didn’t even mind the cold water, haha! Spacious living room, perfect for me, my husband, and my sonThe kitchen was amazing, fully equipped with every utensil, pot, and pan you could possibly need. Lots of essentials for cooking very generous ! Teas, coffee, sugar provided oh, we are grateful! Cooking here genuinely made me happy! The house was sparkling clean, the bedding was super comfy, and there were heaps of extra sheets and pillowcases. Doing laundry was a breeze, and the internet connection was great too.Most importantly, our host Bagiya was so kind, friendly, and attentive. We felt truly welcomed.Would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us, Bagiya you’re awesome!

This was a very comfortable home for myself, son and grandson.This home has a very spacious and lovely kitchen, dining & living area with lots of unexpected extras provided.Excellent value for money.Some may prefer to have the garden maintained, but it did not affect our stay. Thank you.

Stay near Perth

We loved the location , with a short walk to shops, petrol station, take aways , liquor store , it was about a 20 minute drive into Perth . The accommodation was clean , but was in need of a bit of an update, , the one thing we noticed was none of the windows would open, saying that we would stay again

Fantastic accomodation!

This house was spotless, had everything needed for a great stay with the family. The house is in an older suburb, and was so peaceful and quiet. Close to everything. The host had little notes on cupboards and doors, so there was no guessing where to find something or what key opened what! Great communication from host. Would stay again and reccomend, the house is beautiful!

Upon arrival at our accommodation, we observed that the grounds were unkempt. The kitchen and lounge areas were satisfactory, but the rooms were dated and lacked sufficient electrical outlets. The windows were permanently closed, contributing to a claustrophobic atmosphere, exacerbated by the old carpets and paintwork. The shower door was difficult to slide open, and the bathroom was so compact that only one person could use the sink and mirror at a time. Additionally, the toilet area had no ventilation or windows to open. Overall, the grounds could greatly benefit from a thorough clean-up.

A great stay

We had a great stay here. The house was in a quiet location, it was clean and comfortable. Good shower, good beds and has everything you need. The host was friendly and informative. Would definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed and even movies on the tv. Easy to get to shops in walking distance. Place was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking too. Had a great stay. Thanks.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice holiday house for a short stay. We are a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay at this house. The host is very responsive and our check in and stay were very smooth.

Suburban getaway.

Overall this property was more than adequate for our needs while in Perth. Its location in the suburbs meant that everything was accessible with a short drive. It was clean and tidy when arrived and although not a modern property it was entirely suitable. The renovated kitchen lacked nothing. It would have been nice to have some usable outdoor space with a bbq and somewhere nice to sit outside.
