- Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stovetop. Suitable for easily prepared meals ...... or get into the village vibe of the area by eating out at one of the many trendy cafes and restaurants.
- Essentials are supplied and those annoying little things you dont want to buy when only staying a short time. Moccona coffee, Tea, Pukka Herbal Teas, butter, jam, honey, cereal & fresh milk provided on arrival...all hygenically sealed in portion packs ;-)

This was the second stay for us in this apartment which is perfect for a couple. Not only is the view spectacular, the location is perfect for ease of getting around. The train station and ferry are both conveniently located in easy walking distance. From there, you can get anywhere you need to go. There are also a number of excellent restaurants, also within walking distance as well as the food store and bottle shop. Definitely a great place to stay.

What do a film staring Helena Bonham Carter and a novel by E.M Forster have in common ….. the answer is the apartment or to be more precise “ A room with a view”.Okay quiz over and now let’s review - first the negatives . Nothing - now the positives . Good communication before and during our stay - Helpful information in book.- Apartment has a TV but never turned it on as the view was much more spectacular and interesting . It is a million dollar view and is the best feature by far .- The studio is clean functional and a great base to visit the city- The laundry facilities are opposite and worked well.- Plenty of hot water and good shower - Comfy bed- No noisy neighbours - Good WiFi - Did I mention the view?- nice neighbourhood and cool cafes / bars and local supermarkets It is as described and would recommend to my family and friends and if we ever come back we will try and book again . A Perfect Stay with Breathtaking Harbour Views

Our stay was fantastic with stunning views of the harbour both day and night. The location is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, trains, and ferries. Beautiful View

What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Sydney. This was our first trip to Sydney and loved the local feel of the neighborhood and the ease to get to the city with the ferries, trains, or buses. The view from the balcony was the highlight!

Perfect view of Sydney Harbour

We loved the amazing view of Sydney Harbour, access to local coffee shops, grocers, ferries and parks to run. The studio apartment was new and well appointed. The only negatives were a teeny-tiny bathroom that we barely could fit it (and we are slim people) and the building itself was old. Great location.

Fantastic Studio

I loved this place. The view is even better than the pictures. It had everything I needed and the location was great. Every day wild parrots came to visit. All this made me very thankful and I would recommend this studio to anyone interested.

Perfect Place in Lavender Bay

Very nice studio apartment with beautiful view of Sydney Harbor. Train, ferry within easy walking distance and if you like to walk, it isn't all that far to walk over the Harbor Bridge to Circular Quay. Everything we needed was close by, building nice and quiet. We would highly recommend for a couple traveling to Sydney.

Absolutely amazing apartment

Apartment was absolutely perfect! The view is beyond amazing, we loved watching all the boats in the harbour and what an iconic view of the bridge and opera house! Jinni is one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with and was outstanding at making sure everything was perfect for my parents arrival. The apartment itself is easy to access, situated in a beautiful area, well located for access to the city by ferry or train and check in instruction couldnt be clearer. Highly recommend this apartment,

Amazing views

Apartment was tidy. Bathroom was a little small and not very user-friendly as you have to step into the bathroom to close the door to access the toilet. Views were amazing!

Spectacular Amazing Harbour Views

Views are just spectacular. Apartment was clean, tidy and with everything you need. Extra touches from the host were much appreciated. Location could not be faulted, we loved McMahons Point. Shops, restaurants, cafes, Thai massage etc. Only negative was no block out blinds to block out early sun rise heat. We will definitely be coming back. Loved it!

Best view in Sydney

This may be a tiny apartment, but it is clean and it has a balcony with the best view in Sydney. Sitting there of an evening, lights sparkling all around you, glass of wine in hand, Rainbow Lorikeets having visited us on the balcony in the day, and Flying Foxes swooping past at night - Pure Magic.

This property is all about the view - it is both iconic and spectacular. The apartment is nicely appointed and has just about everything you need. But it is small - the bathroom is so tiny it’s almost unworkable - you need to squeeze yourself in to be able to shut the door or get to the toilet - we found this very frustrating and we’re normal sized people. Lavender Bay is a lovely area with some great restaurants.

Best Sydney stay

From the moment you walk in the door you know you are in Sydney with the iconic harbour bridge and opera house right in front of you. The view is sensational and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony.The apartment is beautifully renovated with everything you need with special touches thrown in . Our host was fantastic giving us lots of tips and was always responded quickly. You are in the middle of everything here with lots of beautiful walks , so close to transport and a huge choice of restaurants . Will definitely rebook on our new Sydney visit.
