This lovely apartment is perfect for a family or a couples getaway and is just a short stroll to the beautiful Carrickalinga beach.
There are 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the second has 2 x KING SINGLES, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Brand new bathroom, laundry with front loader washing machine. TV, Netflix, free WIFI, RCAC.
Relax beside the shared pool and spa there is also a half court tennis court and BBQ area for shared use.
Everything you need is here for your next holiday!

The complex has 6 individually owned apartments for holiday rental which is perfect for the family or group getaways giving everyone space of their own to relax and unwind.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday including toilet paper and condiments. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

* NEW : reverse cycle ducted AC throughout the unit for heating and cooling

Great family stay

Our family had a fantastic stay! The property had everything we needed to make the stay easy and comfortable and the kids loved the shared pool. Walking distance to the beach was really great. Thanks for the smooth process.

Great accommodation.

Our stay was great, good location, very clean. Only problem we had was finding out what we had to take. We knew we had to take linen. That was not a problem, but for anything else we where told take. But when we got there everything was supplied. It would be great if there was a list of the things that are supplied.Overall, would recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

Reviewer Comments: Good, lovely location close to the beach but the themed beach idea was a little over the top with beach knick knacks everywhere, glad we didn't have small children. Although linen was not provided or towels we had not bargained on their being no bath mat which made the floor extremely slippery especially as the configuration of the bathroom was tricky to get in and out of the shower. We did anticipate this and so did not have enough towels to put one down on the floor.The place was very clean and tidy but again along with the cluttered beach theme decorations we had far too many crockery, cutlery pans etc for just 4 to 6 people, with all the mismatched items felt that it was just leftovers from a yard sale.

Lovely unit - Limited Communication from agent

We had a nice time there. The unit is suitable. There is only one airconditioner and it is not ducted into the bedrooms so it can get hot and stuffy. Unfortunately the renting agents did not communicate well about our stay. After taking our payment they gave us no indication of how we could access the property. I called them the day before our stay and they acknowledged that no notification had been sent. They described the process to access the key and said that a code would be sent to give us access. No code was provided. I called again and was given the code over the phone. It would be best if that had been done before the day.

It is immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the requirements for a wonderful stay.As soon as you walk into Unit 6 , you can feel the love and care that has gone into making this property an absolute pleasure to stay in.There are lots of activities and great places to eat at in this area.We have found our “go to retreat. “ Loved it.The management rental staff were very professional and helpful. Perfect beachside spot

Lovely location an hour south of Adelaide, easy to visit the city and surrounds while staying away from it all. Property had everything you could possibly need, perfect for small family.

Exactly like the photos and even better once there. Very comfortable family weekend away.

So relaxing, short walk to the beach and the pool and tennis court was a huge hit with the kids.

Family weekend away.

The unit was exactly as listed - beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. We loved the location and our morning walks along the beach. Will definitely be back
