Newly Listed Beachfront Home! Sleeps 14 (12 in beds & 2 in the sleeper sofa)!!! FantaSea - Wonderful Beachfront Home with 4 bedrooms (additional kids retreat in the converted garage) 3 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there!
FantaSea is approximately 2000 square feet with fantastic views of the Emerald water. Home has a large open area for entertaining and a gourmet kitchen. There is also a screened in porch off the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. The house also boasts plenty of outdoor space (covered and uncovered) over-looking the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico.

FantaSea is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Ocean! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family and friends.
Home is located on Spyglass Drive on the East end of Panama City Beach. The home's location couldn't be better; you're walking distance to several restaurants, night spots and a short bike ride to St Andrews State Park. Whether you're watching the sunbathers or the sunsets, you can't beat this view! There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one with a tub/shower and one with a shower. The upstairs Master bedroom has a king bed and a five-piece master bathroom with separate water closet (with a toilet and a bidet) and there is a full bed off the master …. there is a kids retreat in the converted garage one full bed, and a full over full bunk. Main level king bedroom is 9X13, queen bedroom is 10X9, Master with King is 16X12. In addition, there is one high quality queen pullout sleeper sofa bed on the main level. Young groups, please do not book if under 25!!! Garage is not available for guests to use.

Lovely Place

Family vacation

House had plenty of room for our group of 10. The rooms for the kids were great. Kitchen was well stocked and gas grill on deck was very handy. Being right at the beach with the ocean outside your back door was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Beach Stay

FantaSea is an amazing house on the beach!!! You just can’t get any closer and that was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful interior and the back porches were fabulous. My sisters and I have found a new beach home for for annual trip. If you have the chance to come for a visit you will love it just like we did.

Our New Favorite Destination

The property was so dreamy. It gave me a Nicholas Sparks vibe. The home was absolutely beautiful. The property managers were awesome and so quick to respond. A maintenance man popped in and out a couple times during our stay, but he was super friendly too. The upkeep of the home was perfect.

So close to the water!!

We loved that the beach was so close! Get out early to secure your spot as the beach becomes a bit crowded by mid morning. It was great to sit on the patio in the evenings and listen to the waves. Kids' retreat off the master is great if you have small children. All upstairs traffic goes through the master and the master bathroom. Great service from the management agency and beautiful water and sand!

Best vacation - will come back for sure!

Absolutely the best beach house. Everything needed inside, very comfy beds, amazing bathtub, great kitchen and living room and washer/dryer. TVs all worked great as well. But seriously, you’re literally ON the beach. So easy to get in and out. Great stretch of beach mostly houses around. One high rise a few houses over but plenty of beach- no one encroached on our space. Also, two public beach entrances but were also far enough away to not bother us. Best house, we hope to come back again soon!

Location is awesome! Refrig was 70 degrees! Managament very responsive, 2 repairmen later, ice chest and temp fix. Both showers leak. Missing door screen and closure on porch. Kitchen is poorly equipped - 5 coffee cups for a place that sleep 10! One serving bowl. Guess you have to make the decision -location or amenities!

Nice beach stay

This location on the beach was great! The beach was never crazy busy even the week before Easter and the sand and distance to the water were perfect. We walked down to the state park in about 15 minutes. The house was clean, was well represented by the photos, and worked really well for our small kids plus parents and grandma as well. Loved the deck and it’s size and shade. Our only disappointment in the location was the lack of shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. We definitely needed a car the entire week. That said, it is a short drive to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream etc. Communication with management was terse but response time was quick and accurate. No complaints there.

Perfect beach getaway…

The house is centrally located, and right on the ocean. You can enjoy the privacy of your own patio area while people watching on the beach as well. The beach isn’t crowded all day, you can enjoy morning and evening strolls as if you’re on a secluded island. The house is within walking distance to the state park, so it gets the best of the beaches beauty. If you feel like cooking it has a wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped, and if not we found lots of great items can be delivered via door dash so you never have to leave your paradise!

Great beachfront home

Great location. Open kitchen and living room lots of bar stools for several people to Sit comfortably. Lots of kitchen extras. We would definitely rent this home again. Parking is hard to tell from pictures but for reference, we had a Yukon in the garage, Yukon XL in the driveway, (the XL would have fit in the garage as well) and a four door Silverado in front against the fence completely off the street. Passengers just had to exit before parking. Great place!

Very nice Beach House.

The beach house was great. We had nine adults, one teen, there were beds for everyone. The walk to the beach was short.

The only issue we had was the fact that that the dishwasher didnt work! We called to get it fixed and the part needed to fix it had to be ordered! Minor inconvenience, but overall a great experience!!

First trip to Panama City

We had 4 adults and 5 children which fit us perfectly. The house has some things that need to be fixed, but they aren’t enough to complain about. We would definitely return to this house and would recommend it others. The owner was always quick to respond to my messages prior to our stay. The beach itself was wonderful and we had plenty of privacy. This house is RIGHT ON the beach which made trips back and forth with kids so easy!!!

Enjoyed the house but needed updates - very clean.

The location was amazing! Close to everything that we needed. The house needed some TLC...cracked tiles, some doors wouldn’t shut, just outdated overall. It was very clean though. I wouldn’t consider it a house fit for 12 unless you had multiple children, like we did. The placement of 5 of the beds is through the master bathroom and kinda of tucked away in unused spaces. Other than the updates needed, we had an amazing time and the beach access was a hit!

Not the 100% I was expecting... 🙁

It appears the property has been 1/2 way rentavated?? The kitchen and master bedroom were great but the master bath was awful with its mustard sinks & tub plus no actual door for the toilet room just a dry rotted slider door.? The other bedrooms and other bath were disappointing as well. The tile by the tub would sink in if you stepped there...? We thought the floor might fall in!?? Loved that it was right on the beach!!!

Great place!

This place was amazing! We fit 12 people comfortably, and the beach access can’t be beat! It’s the perfect getaway.
