Welcome to this modern townhouse. Ducted reverse cycle A/C throughout (heat&cool), 2 queen size beds upstairs + double sofa bed couch in the lounge room downstairs. 1.5 sparkling bathrooms. 2 toilets in total - no awkward line ups! 1 city-sized garage best for small to medium vehicles. Free untimed parking on the streets nearby for larger vehicles like 4WDS. Private balcony accessible from both upstairs bedrooms. Fully equipped laundry (washing machine & dryer). Bed & bath linen hire included.

If you love shopping, you'll love the beautiful, modern, massive Westfield Westlakes Shopping Centre just 5 minutes drive down the road. Look up the website to see the huge range of stores and all the information you need to plan your retail therapy experience. There's also a huge range of food available at this place so you can refuel and shop all day!

If you're after a relaxation session by the lake while the kids play on the playground, Tiranna Reserve is a must visit. It's only about a 3 minute drive or casual 10 minute walk across the road. It's also the perfect place for a casual stroll after dinner.

There's a 24/7 convenience store which is only a quick 5 minute walk around the corner and across the road. Super convenient if you need anything after hours!

If you love a good value, tasty chicken and chips meal, Plucka Chicken is highly recommended! Only a 5 minute walk down the road.

For a nice brunch date, the Old Habits Cafe (also only 5 minutes walk down the road) is the perfect place to visit.

For lovers of golf, there's not one, but three golf courses nearby! Westlakes Golf Club, The Grange Golf Club and The Royal Adelaide Golf Club.
You'll have the entire townhouse to yourself so you can really relax and enjoy your stay in private peace and comfort. This townhouse is part of a private community of townhouses and apartments. The big advantage of this is if BBQing is your thing, there is a shared, lawned BBQ area in the middle of the complex which you are welcome to use. Just be sure to clean it after use because it's for everyone's shared enjoyment.

Feel happy and at home as soon as you arrive. Super fast and easy self-check in. No waiting around at the mercy of the weather for someone to let you in. Perfect for the safety of your workers or for your family when the kids have had enough driving around.

This townhouse is in beautiful condition. My family and I have put in a lot of personal thought and effort into setting up the space with comfort, style and practicality in mind. So you can be confident you’ll feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Please note there are stairs inside the home so please consider this before booking. Children are welcome, but if you have a little one that likes to open doors unsupervised, this home is not recommended (balcony upstairs accessible from both bedrooms and the sofa bed downstairs is near the front door).

Bedroom 2: queen bed
Lounge room: Couch easily turns into double-sized sofa bed at night (see listing photo)

If you need to work from home, there’s a study desk set up with an ergonomic fully adjustable office chair, lamp and powerboard with USB ports downstairs. Upstairs in the master bedroom, there’s a second desk with chair and powerboard if needed.

For families travelling with a baby, a complimentary highchair and portacot is provided for your convenience. No need to hurt your back lugging a portacot around the airport! There’s also a traditional blender and stick blender provided for easy food preparation.

Cleaning up and staying fresh is simple with the sparkling main bathroom upstairs complete with vanity, bathtub, shower and toilet. For added convenience, there’s a second toilet downstairs with it's own handwashing sink too.

Both bedrooms have plush, soft carpet your feet will love and built-in cupboards with full length mirrors and hanging space for all your clothes. Both queen size beds have premium pillow top mattresses and plush pillows which we've tried in other homes with great feedback from past guests. So you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Commercially cleaned bed and bath linen provided for your comfort and convenience (colours/designs will vary). *Note decorative blankets and cushions may not be able for every stay depending on the cleaning company.

Downstairs is all quality floating timber floorboards that are easy to keep clean and comfortable, especially if you're travelling with children.

There's ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the home. So Winter stays will be comfortable and warm and Summer stays will be nice and cool.

There's plenty to keep your kids entertained: toys, colouring ins, games, books and for the bigger kids, a 4K Smart TV and unlimited wifi. So be sure to bring your Netflix log in details for unlimited entertainment!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Including a Smeg stainless steel gas cook top and under bench oven. There’s a full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine and plenty of bench space. So you can enjoy a relaxing night in cooking with the whole family. There’s even a Smeg stainless steel dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. No need to waste valuable down time doing the dishes by hand! It's like your very own home away from home.

A starter supply of essentials including Nespresso coffee pods, tea, cereal, and milk is provided. The massive, newly developed Westfield West Lakes shopping centre is only about 5 mins drive down the road for all your shopping needs, or there’s an Aldi even closer. If you need anything urgently, there’s a 24/7 convenience store just around the corner. Check out the guest guide book for all the great local places to visit during your stay.

For all your laundering needs, there's a fully equipped European style laundry upstairs, complete with washing machine and dryer for your private use. You'll be able to wash your clothes or freshen up your linen as needed, so you don't have to bring your entire wardrobe to make it through your stay, no matter how long it is. There’s also a starter supply of laundry detergent for you to use during your stay.

Stylish and comfortable
Everything about this property was amazing. The house is styled beautifully. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen. Upstairs the bedrooms and bathroom were to a high standard and all bedding was of great quality. Location was perfect, so close to shopping and just a short drive to semephore Beach. We will be repeat customers for sure.
