This beautiful apartment has been professionally decorated by an interior designer.
With wonderful district views over Manly, enjoy your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine while watching the world go by on the generous outdoor balcony. Brace yourself for the stunning sunrises - not to be missed.

The apartment is on the border of Manly and Fairlight and is a short 2 minute walk to popular Fairlight Village. With a supermarket, liquor shop, cafes, hairdressers, butcher, newsagent, chemist and homewares and medical centre, your everyday needs are a block away. Manly and everything it has to offer is a short walk down Sydney Road. Please note the apartment is on a hill overlooking Manly. Manly Beach and Corso are 850m away. Buses regularly travel up and down Sydney Road should you not wish to walk.

A tandem parking space is included for 2 cars.

With bus stops outside your door, you can get just about anywhere. Walk to Manly Wharf (850m) and jump on the ferry to Sydney CBD to see the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Stop off at Watson's Bay or the Quarantine Station and take in views of Sydney Harbour and Sydney Heads. Jump on a bus and head further up the Northern Beaches stopping off at Warringah Mall or the many beaches along the way to Palm Beach.

Fabulous apartment and views. Toni was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout the whole proceess and the apartments met the description very well. This property was well maintained and very comfortable. It is up the hill from the Corso which provides for an excellent view and is walking distance to all restaurants and amenities.

Parkview Stay

Property was just perfect for us. We have our son and his family living in Daintrey Street and were able to spend time with them and when the young ones got too much retreat to this perfect unit. It has fantastic views and everything we like in a unit. We will certainly be looking to spend a lot more time there.

Wonderful Penthouse with fabulous views and fantastic host

Just had 3 days in this lovely penthouse hosted by Toni, she was absolutely wonderful. The penthouse is incredible and the photos don't do it justice, such a great find in manly as luxury accommodation is so hard to find there. Just a wonderful find.

Fantastic apartment

Comfortable, clean, quiet apartment with great views of Manly. As impressive in real life as the photos. Excellent location, convenient, perfect base to explore the northern beaches. Toni was a fantastic host, really good communication, we just loved our stay at Parkview. Highly recommended.

A Superb Apartment, Brilliantly Located

This was a lovely, beautifully presented property. It totally lived up to the expectations created on the website. All of the access instructions operated seamlessly. The apartment is clean, modern, has ultra-modern facilities and comfortable beds. It is flawlessly located with magnificent views. We would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing views, amazing host!

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is actually more spacious than I thought from the pictures, and the covered and uncovered parts of the balcony were very cleverly designed and both well used. I loved the idea of not being in the busy main hub of Manly, although you do have to expect a little bit of a climb up that hill. But that's ok - it helped justify the cocktails! Toni is an exceptional host and by far one of the best I've come across. She was friendly, available and very timely with her responses. If I'm ever in Manly again, this is where I'm staying!

Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment in a great location with views over Manly Beach and towards the bay. Easy walking distance with our young kids to the beach area, restaurants, wharf, etc. The property was faultless and exactly as described. Toni’s communication was super efficient and very helpful, can highly recommend and will definitely return!

I'm an enthusiast for life and I fell in love with the Northern Beaches when we first discovered it over 39 years ago. My husband and I built our dream home for our family. When our kids moved on, we used our new-found freedom to create an amazing studio that we shared with guests. My love for hosting has seen me start a new business managing other people's properties on the Northern Beaches.

We look forward to helping you discover the magic of this special part of the world.

We love walking and can often be seen on the Manly to Spit walkway. Eating out and sharing fine wines with friends is also a favourite pastime! We've travelled and stayed in both AirBnBs and hotels in Europe and have tried to create the best of both in our properties.

My husband Paul retired so now works in the business. He's the "maintenance" person - you'll see him scootering around Manly with his toolbox with a smile on his face!

It’s a 2 minute walk to Fairlight Village shops where you can grab your morning coffee or breakfast. Here you’ll also find a supermarket, medical centre, cafes, butcher, chemist, hairdressers, Pizzeria and Chinese Restaurant and now a takeaway chicken shop. Alternatively, it's a 6 minute walk to Manly with its many shops and restaurants.
