The air conditioned main residence is upstairs with ceiling fans in every bedroom, whilst there is also a self-contained air conditioned apartment downstairs with bedroom ceiling fan & separate entrance. The main residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lounge room, open plan dining room, and a separate sunroom. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the sea breeze on the outside balcony whilst taking in distant views across to Tea Gardens and Nelson Bay. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is attached to the apartment for guests use. The apartment includes a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette open plan living, and outdoor dining.
