A newly remodeled home within 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and walking distance to Safeway! Brand new hot tub and fenced yard for your furry friends with a deck and gas grill. This home has all new carpets, furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals after a day of rafting, snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, or hiking! Incredible mountain views from your upstairs bedroom windows. Lots of parking for your toys. A new 3/4 bath is being added and will be completed for all bookings after November 26th, 2024.

The bedding includes a Queen bed in the master, and a Queen over Full bunkbed in the second bedroom.

Please note this home is a Duplex. The 2nd unit is a long-term rental and has a completely separate entrance, yard, and their parking area is to the right of the driveway.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG, there is a $100 plus tax fee. You MUST check the box at time of booking that you are bringing a pet, or notify us so that we can add the pet fee!

This property is equipped with two security cameras. One on the front door and one on the back door and backyard. These cameras are not actively monitored and are only utilized in emergency circumstances or when the property is vacant.

This property is licensed as an STR per the City of Leadville. License #2026-085

This was our second time renting this particular house, and my sisters were jealous that I once again got the house with the hot tub. Great communication with the property managers and will probably use them again on our next trip to the mountains!

It offers a hot tub and private backyard for our guests and is close to Ski Cooper as well as downtown Leadville. Most of our reviewers love the home, and we get many repeat bookings for this same home every year.

Perfect stay

We stayed here for the Leadville Trail 100 Run and it was perfect. Perfect location, the hot tub was nice to use the night before the race, and everything was comfortable for when I was sore after!

Great Location

We chose this property for its location, as well as for the washer/dryer and hot tub, as it was the middle of our cross country trip. It was close to the grocery store and a great start to get to the Mt Sherman trailhead before the sun came up. The kitchen was cute and had everything we needed to make dinner, and the hot tub was clean for our post-hike relaxing.

Great house! Host was very accommodating. There weren't enough towels in the house when we arrived, but Andrew brought over more within an hour. Was very cold when we were there, so it was cold in the bedrooms at night. The space heaters were nice to have. Could have used another blanket on each bed but not the end of the world. Hot tub was clean and well taken care of. Great feature to have in town since there are not many in town. Kitchen was nicely appointed, had good appliances including new coffee maker. The only thing missing was a colander which seems to be a common theme in rentals. Overall, a great place to stay for our family's ski weekend!

Ski Cooper trip!

The house is great for a couple wanting to be close in town and not far from skiing.The hot tub was great to come home to at the end of a long day skiing. It’s clean and quiet and has everything you need for your stay.

Perfect home for a stay close to turquoise lake

This little house was perfect for our overnight stay while we played up at turquoise lake. It had everything we needed, was quiet, comfortable and very close to town and to the road up to the lake. 8 would definitely stay here again!

Great little place in Leadville.

This is a great place to stay in Leadville. Nice place for the price. Hot tube was a great bonus to the place. It was only three of us, but if you have more people the one bathroom might be a problem. I would stay here again.

A nice place to visit

Overall this house is a good place to stay, the hot tube is the biggest draw. The house is a bit dated and you can tell in the bathroom and when it gets really cold outside.

Great little house

Every thing you need to make your stay in Leadville as enjoyable as possible. We’ll equipped kitchen and grill for at home meals, and a nice living room for relaxing after a day outdoors. The hot tub was a welcome and added bonus! Will definitely be back next time we’re in town

It was just ok for us. This property is definitely more suited for adults and older kids, like maybe 7 and above. We had 2 small grandkids so the claw foot tub was an issue…also no drain plug to do baths. Kitchen could also use some upgrades, especially floors and walls. Beds were good, hot tub good but some jets not working and location was good.
