Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We wish you had been more specific regarding the issues. This home is in a residential neighborhood. It offers a hot tub and private backyard for our guests and is close to Ski Cooper as well as downtown Leadville. Most of our reviewers love the home, and we get many repeat bookings for this same home every year.

Great Location

We chose this property for its location, as well as for the washer/dryer and hot tub, as it was the middle of our cross country trip. It was close to the grocery store and a great start to get to the Mt Sherman trailhead before the sun came up. The kitchen was cute and had everything we needed to make dinner, and the hot tub was clean for our post-hike relaxing.

Great little place in Leadville.

This is a great place to stay in Leadville. Nice place for the price. Hot tube was a great bonus to the place. It was only three of us, but if you have more people the one bathroom might be a problem. I would stay here again.

A nice place to visit

Overall this house is a good place to stay, the hot tube is the biggest draw. The house is a bit dated and you can tell in the bathroom and when it gets really cold outside.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! This is the first comment we have received regarding the bathroom temperature. I will be installing a fireplace heater in the bathroom as soon as we have a turnover in the home! We hope this solves the issue for future guests and we hope to host your next stay in Leadville!
