Located in the tranquil surrounds of Sawmill Settlement, this charming accommodation offers the perfect getaway.

Conveniently situated just minutes away from the entry gate to Mt Buller, Treeside View serves as an ideal base for your adventures. Whether you're seeking a thrilling winter ski retreat, a tranquil summer escape or a full speed mountain biking basecamp, this cozy and modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.

The open plan living and dining space, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each generously sized queen bedroom offers stunning views, heating, and a personal TV, with all the necessary bed and bath linen provided for a hassle-free stay.

With split system heating and cooling in the living area, you'll always stay comfortable regardless of the season. Natural light floods the space through the north facing windows, while the outdoor decking area, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting, allows you to savour the fresh air and picturesque surroundings. It’s common to meet the local King Parrots perched on the deck railing.

Wonderful

The views were amazing. The house on arrival was very neat and clean. The house came equipped with all necessary utilities. We had a family of 7 and the house fell plenty big. The nights got chilly, but the beds were warm and comfortable that kept us cozy all night. Definitely a good place to stay for a family for a couple of days.

Lovely house in a great area.

Location wise Sawmill Settlement is in striking distance to Mt Bulla, we were here in summer so great for walks, biking and also the Merrijig Rodeo (highly recommend!) The river is also located just across the Mt Bulla road, which was great on a hot day. The property was presented beautifully, very clean and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and plenty of extra bedding for your needs. Kitchen was very well equipped. Definitely considering coming back maybe for winter and snow season!

No Keys to the house

We arrived at the venue after driving from Melbourne late in the evening to find that there was no Key for the property. The property manager advised that they could not bring the key to us and that we needed to drive the 65km round trip back to Mansfield, for a key. She also advised that we would only be charged for one nights rent which has not occurred and we are now not receiving responses from the property manager.
