Beach Villa 3 Port Douglas

Beach Villa 3 is architect designed for the tropics and recently renovated in a small complex of six villas. With only a rainforest reserve between you and beautiful Four Mile Beach, lie in bed and listen to the sea and the rainforest - all within an easy 10 minute walk to the Port Douglas village centre.

Enjoying security and privacy, the villa is also wonderfully light and airy featuring vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors. The ground floor has two bedrooms (1 x king or 2 x singles & 1 x double) plus a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. An open-plan living room, indoor dining and gourmet kitchen opens out to a private sunny deck with your own heated saltwater swimming pool.

Relaxed outdoor dining on the poolside deck is even more inviting with the great open kitchen servery and gas Weber BBQ.

Upstairs is dedicated to the large master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool and rainforest reserve, plus walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom with a double shower. Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

With just a two minute stroll to the beach (without crossing a street) and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Macrossan Street, the living is easy at Beach Villa 3. Spend your saved car-hire dollars dining out at the many fabulous Port Douglas restaurants.

You can't beat the location. The house was beautiful and really made our holiday that much better. We did have to clean the showers a little bit when we first arrived as they had some scum build up but cleaning supplies were readily available and that was the only hiccup for our week long stay. The amenities provided were amazing. The heated pool was a plus for our son. And the distance to both the beach and the town was amazing. Communication for check in and out was top tier. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay here. My daughter was in the pool every day and the property was in good nick. The bedrooms were a good size with good flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Lots of amenities. There were a couple of minor issues - the undercover car park for this unit in particular was very challenging to get in and out of with our hire car (SUV) and the upstairs bathroom has no door (which is less than ideal when you have 3 kids!).

Great location

Overall cleanliness was good, great location as it was close to town. Pool was fantastic, great communication with property manager. Will stay again.

Awesome holiday getaway

The house was really well presented and was perfect for us staying for a week in Port Douglas. The pool was great and overall is a awesome place to stay. Will definitely come back.

Fabulous Port Douglas Villa

Our family had a wonderful stay. Great accomodation, very well equipped with a private pool. Short stroll to four mile beach and an easy walk to Macrossan Street. Highly recommend.

Our Getaway

The house was very nicely presented, clean and tidy. The Pantry was well stocked with all the essentials for our stay, e.g. salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee. The pool and deck were a good area to just wind down, we ate most of our meals there. The beach was easy to get to, and is a very popular walk is the morning. In all, a nice place to stay, we had a bad run with the weather, but a good place to base yourself to explore the area.

Perfect Location and great accomodation

We were very happy with everything. The pool was an asset and we swam every day. Very comfortable accomodation , although downstairs bed was a bit hard but there was mattress topper available that helped .Everything was as described. Booking and directions was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Overall place was in a great spot had almost everything you need. 8 nights there toiletries run out no spare, No welcome pack, Wear & Tare on bedside & coffee ☕️ table,kitchen greasy around the oven,toaster area not wiped. Most dissatisfied with the Pool not very clean,as when I booked I confirmed with Annie that it was heated. She said yes. It wasn’t & told me the rain cools it down!! Will not be returning.For the price we paid I expected better.

Happy to be back in Port Douglas

We had a lovely time staying here. There was everything we could have wanted in the cupboards. So nice to be able to open kitchen up to the outside pool area. Beds were comfortable and the lounge area had plenty of seating. Great location just a short walk to the beach. We will return, thank you

Bubble in Paradise

We had a fantastic time for 17 days here at Beach Villa #3, only a 3 minute walk to amazing 4 Mile Beach; it's a beautiful property in a spectacular location, cozy and private, with great amenities, including an intimate salt water pool, robust A/C, and powerfully dynamic WiFi. We were even surprised with a mid-stay cleaning. Our owners were responsive without being overbearing. The Port Douglas area is so friendly, welcoming and comfortable. We would return tomorrow!! Better than we expected on all fronts!! Definitely 5 Star!! M & L

Wonderful House & Ideal Location

There wasn't anything we didn't love about Port Douglas, or this house. The home was perfectly clean upon arrival, and the overall vibe is beachy, modern and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the warm salt water pool. The house is a lovely 10-15 walk into town and had easy access to the other "must-see's" in the area including the wildlife sanctuary, Cape Tribulation/Daintree Rainforest, snorkeling.diving and only an hour from the Cairns airport. Anthea was responsive and made everything so easy. Highly recommended!

Super relaxing break with the girls in paradise!

From check-in to check-out we had the most wonderful, relaxing experience at Beach Villa 3. The property is so spacious and all 3 of us ladies had our own air-conditioned room to relax in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a feast. There was plenty of space in the lounge area for us to chill out and watch some Netflix in the evening. But our most favourite feature of all was that gorgeous saltwater pool! We really didn't want to leave! Big huge thank you to Anthea for being so accommodating with our check-in & check-out requests. We would love to come back again soon!

The perfect place to stay!

Everything was wonderful. The home is even better than the pictures (hard to believe) and we were ready to live there in 10 minutes! Shane and Anthea were responsive and helpful, however we needed. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, well equiped, comfortable and such a pleasure to stay for 5 days. With 4 mile beach was 5 minutes walk away it was a great blend of privacy and access to everything in Port Douglas. Thank you!!

Beautiful property and location

Beach Villa 3 is an absolutely gorgeous property. We didn’t want to leave. Access to beach, activities, shopping and restaurants was exactly as advertised…easy. Property owners were very easy to communicate with, as well as very accommodating. Wish we had had more time to enjoy this property and all Port Douglas has to offer.
