Casa Villa Mercedes

This beautiful 3 bedroom – 2 bath house (2nd row) is 2 min. walking from the beach.

It is spacious—with an open floor kitchen/bar living room- dining room. You'll love the sun deck ocean views with an umbrella, table and chairs to enjoy the lovely sunsets and happy hours. The ocean view bedrooms are all decorated in beach motives and they have large-size closets.

It comes with cable TV, 100 + channels and the bedrooms are all decorated in beach motives. In winter, you can enjoy two indoor fireplaces and a stunning large front porch to watch whales and dolphins from the front of the house. It also has an exterior shower to rinse off feet and pet before getting into the house. There are ceiling fans on each bedroom. Come and enjoy Casa Villa Mercedes. The coffee in the morning is on us !!

Shady Management and bugs

I’ve stayed at this house before and it’s a great location. It’s roomy and perfect for people who are bringing pets to Rocky Point however, on this last visit three out of the six people who stayed in the house were eaten alive by either what we were told by doctors were bedbugs or sand fleas on the property. I reached out to the management company and they never provided a response except a week later to charge me for stains on white towels that they provided I won’t ever stay here again.

Love staying in this home!

Where do I begin… Ocean views, steps from the beach, rooftop deck with Palapa for morning mimosas and margarita sunsets, well-equipped, kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens, park in driveway, shaded front porch. We love staying here and choose it every chance we get to visit Rocky Point

A true rough Mexican rental

5 year old magazines, very low water pressure, not a working clock, TV channels minimal, mens' dirty shorts behind chair in front west bedroom, no additional music, BarBQue in back yard was a disaster, LED lights way too bright. Owner is keeping the money instead of improving quality. Sorry, sorry!

Short stay in July

We loved the place and really enjoyed our stay! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Alleyway to the beach was right across the street- literally a two-minute walk as advertised.

Loved out stay

We were in town for a wedding that was down the street in los conchos. I was very impressed that this house had everything we needed and more. Out of the many times we have been down here no other kitchen has been as well equipped as this one. Thank you for the attention and thoughtfulness that went into putting this home together for family’s to rent. We will be back for sure
