On sunny days, drive or walk the five minutes to Culburra beach with the boogie boards from the garage and sink your toes into the golden sands of of one of the South Coast’s finest beaches. Spend hours swimming, floating and soaking in the sun where your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves.

Rinse off in the heated outdoor shower, and get ready for a day of relaxation. Play pool or table tennis in the rumpus room, watch Netflix on the couches upstairs, or battle over a board game at the dining table. Stay in the air conditioning, or open up the sliding glass doors and take it outside to enjoy the sea breeze and sunshine, with lunch cooked in the wood fire pizza oven and fully furnished outdoor BBQ area.

In the evenings, come together for dinner around a kitchen island so big everyone can pitch in to put the meal together, or relax on the outdoor deck chairs with a glass of wine to watch the sunset paint the ocean. Turn in at night after a long soak in the magnificent bathtub, and rest for the next day of exploring all that the gorgeous town of Culburra has to offer.

Important Information:

- Billi tap in the upstairs kitchen is now working.
- Display boogie boards are available for guest use.
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.

Perfect family (dog friendly) house

We loved the property and it's proximity to the beach. The games garage was a big hit for us all and the dog has the best time too.

The location was amazing. Outside however, was a mess, the lawn was overgrown ans so were the trees ans it was dirty. Inside the downstairs fridge didnt work, the shower head was terrible, the linen for the kids was not provided and there were cockroaches and cobwebs everywhere. The hot water pressure was nearly non existent. Sure, we were close to the beach but we could have paid 6k for another listing and been just as close.

Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging the excellent location. Several of the concerns raised are exactly the type of items that must be reported during the stay so they can be actioned immediately. Our booking terms require guests to notify us on the day of arrival or on the day an issue occurs so we have the opportunity to resolve it while you are in-house. If issues aren’t reported at the time, they can’t be verified or rectified during the booking. In relation to cleanliness and pests: while our properties are professionally cleaned between stays, the terms also note that dust, cobwebs and insects can be present, particularly in coastal/regional areas and in less accessible spots. We review all feedback internally, but comparisons to other listings at different price points aren’t a like-for-like measure. If air conditioning, garden presentation, or specific amenity standards are non-negotiable, we recommend selecting a property that explicitly advertises those features next time.

The house was not clean, no batteries in most of the remotes, fireplace (the main reason we picked the house) was not working, the cutlery, plates and glassware all had to be cleaned as they were disgusting and still had food on them (one chopping board had been used and put straight back in the cupboard), severe amount of black mould on the blinds and lots of other places throughout the house, one of the beds was so uncomfortable because you rolled into the middle as it so con caved, dog poo left outside, huge amounts of dog hair throughout the house, shower head in downstairs shower was terrible, no hot water pressure upstairs, the boardgames weren’t playable as they were all mixed up and thrown together in a basket and rubbish scattered throughout the front and back yards. We did contact the host and were offered a cleaner but it was too late and we had cleaned what we needed. Plus we didn’t want to have a cleaner come in and clean while we are trying to enjoy our mini holiday. The design of the house was great, the pool table in the garage was a lot of fun and the view of the sunrise was magical, if only the house had been maintained and cleaned it would have been a very different review.

Great place for a dog-friendly holiday

Great beach house to spend time with friends and family. We had eight humans and one doggo, and found that everyone had space. I love that there are two kitchens, a covered outdoor dining and BBQ area and a bring pizza oven. In times of COVID when you may not want to be out to lunch and dinner, this property is ideal as there are so many cooking options. There's also a slow cooker and an air fryer. Nespresso machine, and plenty of bath products, and high quality linens. The only complaint I had was that the lawn maintenance was way overdue. The management company corrected that the very next day, and I have to say they are incredibly responsive. The house is super close to the beach and has a fantastic balcony. We'll book again if we go back to Culburra Beach. It's a great space.

Yelo at the Burra

What a beautiful property with open plan living, modern interiors, great kitchen amenities, quality Sheridan linen, mood lighting and the view of the ocean with its enchanting roar. Outside is huge outdoor area with additional cooking facilities and a wood fire pizza oven. Then there's a giant outer building where I lost at pool continually with my kids! We stayed in the winter months, so the weather was wet and changeable but this was not a problem as my kids would just read on the lounge, take in a movie on the smart tv, study in the nook or hang out in the outer building playing pool or table tennis. The property has 3 separate bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one upstairs with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area on the ground floor but no 4th bedroom.

Great beach house and location

Generally a great property. It does need a bit of TLC as a few things not working and the blinds need replacing. Great service from the property manager on check in.

Hi Justine, We've been in touch with the owner and he's having the hot/cold water tap replaced. We'll also look at the small wine fridge and see if that's something that can be fixed, so glad you had a great time otherwise and that we were able to organise the early check in to get your Easter holiday started as soon as possible!

Overall good stay but falsely advertised as four bedrooms and under $600 night

The property was three bedrooms not four as advertised.

This home does not state 4 bedrooms. It clearly states 3 bedrooms & a lounge room that has 2 sofabeds. You booked in the peak seas & all holiday places have higher rates in the peak seasons.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
