First Time. Won't Be The Last Time

What a great place. The location was perfect for our trip. From check in to check out our host was incredible. This property is just as shown and is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you need to make your stay easy.We will be staying again for sure.

Bereavement Trip

Used the VRBO as a base while taking care of a family death. Irina was very pleasant to deal with and responsive to a minor problem when reported. Will definitely book again, if needed.

Our host was very informative

Our host informed us of the Sharon Art Festival and we took our grandkids who enjoyed it very much. The apartment was clean and well stocked for the 6-day stay. The internet was fast and efficient, and the washer and dryer worked well. Would stay here again if in the area and available,

Long-Term Stay

Irina was an outstanding host! The first thing I noticed was how clean the property was. There was just about everything you would need for your stay readily available. Whenever I needed to contact the host, she always got back to me immediately and was very respectful. Being a single female staying at this location for a couple of months, the hosts made me feel very welcomed and safe. The location is perfect as there is a park nearby with a weekly farmers market, as well as there are nice walking paths around the area. Having a parking spot on the driveway was also very convenient as I always had a place to park. The outdoor automatic light was a great addition to aid in visibility at night. I don’t think there is anything I would change about this property. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for accommodation in the area!

I'd love to return

The apartment presents more beautifully than the photos depict and is impeccably clean. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and is very well appointed with beautiful finishings. A guest's needs have obviously been considered with great care and attention as, even though I came prepared, there were plenty of unexpected yet totally appreciated items to make my stay as comfortable as possible such as snacks, toiletries, etc. Ira is warm and welcoming; everything you'd expect from a terrific host -- I even had one side of the driveway appointed for me and my vehicle. The automated lighting system to help me find my way to the side door with an automated lock to enter the home, as well as an automated lock on the apartment door, ensured safety. I also appreciate that Ira and her family recycle with appropriate bins in the kitchen. The street the home is on is new and quite lovely.

Pre-arrival arrangements were professional, friendly and timely. Check in was easy and the host was welcoming and helpful. Property is very well appointed with everything I needed, very clean and modern, warm and comfortable. The property was well located and as described.

The apartment is walking distance from beautiful trails and parks which connect from various in the neighborhood. These trails are perfect for hiking, bike rides or just taking a stroll. There is a fitness park a five minute walk away.
If you are looking for things to do, we can provide you a list of suggested seasonal attractions either in the area or a reasonable distance away. Many beautiful beaches are just an half an hour drive. And various Ski resorts are under an hour away.
