Whitianga Sea Views. A beautiful house offering the ultimate in coastal views.

This house offers the very best views on offer of the beautiful coast sweeping all the way from Whitianga township to Simpsons Beach. Situated on a quiet street with ample parking for cars and boats. There is a large outdoor deck and entertainment area, which includes an outside table/chairs/ BBQ. This outdoor entertainment area is very sheltered and the views are the best that any house in the area has to offer.
We accept a maximum of 6 adults plus 6 children. This house is suited for small/large or multiple families.
The house is located on a quiet street where the locals enjoy calm and serenity. Therefore if you want to party hard, then this may not be the house for you as we want to keep the neighbours happy. Enjoy yourselves but please respect the neighbours.

Breath-taking views and perfect family getaway!

Ocean views, large home and great neighbourhood. The house was a perfect size for our family Christmas with plenty of space and a very large outdoor deck to enjoy the sun. The kitchen had plenty of catering plates and a modern BBQ. We loved our stay and Clive was very helpful. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful home!
