Location, Location, Location

Beautiful spot! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, even though the weather was on the cool side. The fact that it backs onto a conservation area added to our privacy….missed that part in my research…but this added to our enjoyment. Great set up with lots of space for the six of us. Close to theme parks, an important part of our stay. The kids loved the game area in the garage.

Excellent villa in great location

Loved the Cumbrian Lakes villa, it has all the amenities you need for a lovely stay in the Kissimmee areas. With a Walmart 10 minutes away, the outlets about 30 minutes away, and Disney close by, the location is excellent for seeing the sights in Orlando. The pool was especially great, as you're not overlooked from all sides it's very private.

Perfect place

We were there a month,loved the house, loved the private pool especially with friends and family and not having to do the upkeep or the lawn. Grandkids loved the pool and the foos ball and other games provided when not at Disney. My husband loved the many Roku channels. Loved sitting in the sun on the patio everyday. Also nice quiet community, very pleasant neighbors on both sides. And yet we were within 10 minutes of any restaurants, Walmart and shopping malls, About 20 minutes to Disney with easy access. Owners are not present but very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Lovely large master suite, kitchen well stocked with equipment and having the pool bathroom was fantastic.And if you have a baby or toddler ,there is everything there for use.

Canadians On Family Trip To Florida

We travelled to Orlando/Kissimmee for a family vacation. Three of our daughters joined us from different cities in Canada. Our second week was spent at this property. The 1st 2 nights we had 6 adults and two children, ages 5 and 2. Then only 4 adults for remainder of the week. The property was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was a Pack n Play for our 2 year old grandson and a booster/high chair as well. There was a large box of pool toys in the garage. The pool was fun and inviting. Umbrella table and loungers at poolside were welcome additions. . Communication with owner prior to arrival was quick and very helpful. The Cumbrian Lakes area is great for walks or jogs and the kids playground nearby was fun to visit. Very peaceful and private back /pool area looking out at the green foliage and trees. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and other family members.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at your home. It had everything we needed for the week. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. The pool was nice to have, but unfortunately it was not warm enough to really use, even with the heat. The gated community was nice and provided a sense of security. Would stay here again.

Christmas Vacation

We visited this property just prior to the 2022 Christmas Season. The property is exactly as advertised. It is a very well appointed clean property. We utilized it as our base camp for Universal Studios, Disney Springs, and Sea World. The kids enjoyed the pool even though the temps were a bit chilly.

Wonderful villa with pool in Kissimmee

We loved staying at your home in Cumbrian Lakes. The house was very neat and clean. The pool was wonderful. Plus my children learned how to play pool in the game room. It was a very relaxing stay, and a nice welcome after long days in the theme parks. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

Magical vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Great communication. The pool area was perfect! Beds were very comfortable. Close to all of the parks. We loved everything about this house!

Beautiful rental and area

We were very pleased with the location and the property. It was a very simple and easy check in and out process. We didn’t end up using the pool or all the amenities this property had to offer as we were busy making memories at Disney. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for offering your home to us!

Perfect Family Getaway

We chose this home as a gathering spot for our Florida family to spend time with our son’s family from Minnesota. The home exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool table, the heated pool, a dining room table perfect for jig saw puzzles and watching football on TV. We walked around the neighborhood and were pleased to find a park area for our preschool grandsons. Of all the vacation homes we have rented, this one certainly had the best stocked kitchen! Though the photos didn’t show it, there was a pool security gate that we easily popped into place. The property is backed up to a preserve which is nice for privacy. The owner responded quickly to my messages. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Superb villa

This villa has everything you need for a relaxing, fun holiday. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The area was extremely quiet so if you are looking for peace to chill out, then this is the ideal place. A short drive from the parks, supermarkets and restaurants.

It was our second time at this home and it certainly will not be our last time. We loved the detail of the christmas light and christmas tree at the house..nothing better for a good christmas spirit. Very good communication with the owner who is very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun again at the house. A lot of new and nice furniture were added to the house. We are looking forward to return to this house for our next vacation for sure.

Orlando Villa

This property is lovely and clean. It has lots of space to unwind and a lovely spacious backyard and swimming area. The children's rooms are decorated in the spirit of Disney and it is a nice finishing touch for little one's. I would highly recommend staying in this villa.
