beautifully renovated condo

The condo is beautifully renovated and in an excellent location with just one ski bus stop away from Peak 7 and a quick drive to town. Beds are comfy and the view of the trees and mountains is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped, parking is easy, and hot tubs are only a few steps away. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, clean and convenient!

Our family of 4 ( we have 2 adult ‘children’ ) had a wonderful stay here! Check in was very easy, and the condo had everything we needed. The extra sink/vanity was fantastic to have when we were all getting ready to head out to ski! Very close to the shuttle, and a nice, quiet very comfortable unit. We would stay here again!! Thank you!

We liked everything. Just need to stock more tp and paper towels. Kitchen could use a colander and another spatula but otherwise it was fantastic for a single family.

Excellent location and quiet

My 23 year old son and I had a nice couple days at this condo just a quick shuttle up the mountain to peak 7 and 8. The condo was clean, modern and well-appointed as well as quiet. Only thing I would request is aluminum foil and some containers for leftovers. We stayed in and cooked as it was very relaxing after a long day on the slopes. TV and sound system to play music was nice to have too.

The condo is very cute! Great layout. The host provided us with an informative handbook about the property and surrounding area. I would only suggest in providing a better quality shampoo and conditioner. But other than that, great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. We used and enjoyed the hot tub. The condo was less than a mile from town. The only downfall, was having to use a separate and communal laundry room. The laundry was coin operated. We had to make additional trips to the bank to get quarters. Not having an in-unit washer/dryer subtracted time from our activities and was an additional cost.

The property was wonderful! Very close to the lifts and the village. While it does sleep 7, I probably over estimated how comfortable four people could reasonably sleep in one squeaky bunk bed and many people ended up sleeping on the floor. I also made the mistake of assuming the couch was a pullout couch and it is not. So not a lot of great sleep happened during our stay for most people, BUT the location, cleanliness and fresh mountain air was worth it. I'd definitely come back again if I was in a group of four, rather than the seven I brought.

Hip little condo close to Peak *

As shown, welcoming, clean and updated condo. The hallway a little dark but opens up to bright sunny and comfy condo, very West Elm. Like the bath and bedrooms are in the back. Added sink outside bath a nice feature for people getting ready at once. Beds super comfy and our son loved his bunk room easy to add another teen if he brought a friend. So easy walk to Peak 8th. Would rent again.

Breck Ski Trip

Place was nice, the bar stools all seemed to be broken so it was a little tough to sit and eat at the bar. Other than that the place was great and I would recommend it.
