Cool View - Views of Seven Mile Beach

Classic recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Gerroa, has amazing ocean, beach and sunset views over Seven Mile Beach.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs contains with 2 bedrooms, new bathroom, open plan living with smart TV (Netflix,YouTube, etc) DVD, dining and kitchen, while downstairs includes 1 bedroom, renovated bathroom, separate lounge and TV and laundry with a washing machine.

Please note - NO Linen provided but can be hired from Gerringong Laundrette (you will need: top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels)

Our home is fully equipped with fans, heaters, kitchen and BBQ utensils, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Note:
The house has a steep open staircase which is not suitable for children under 5yrs.
There is no smoking allowed in the house.

On the day of arrival, a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay at Cool View. The house is really well equipped, especially the kitchen. The view is amazing as advertised. Only drawback is the lack of supplied linen or an option when booking to hire through a local provider. We found a business in Kiama to hire sheets and towels but feels like it would be really easy for the agent/owner to set this up as a option when booking. Thanks for a great stay.

Ocean views excellent

A week stay with family, ocean view superb, reasonably close to beach but need to be fit to walk it. The only thing that could make it better would be air conditioning. A very enjoyable holiday for all of us would highly recommend

Great view

Good place to stay with family, For the price we paid they should include bedding but overall a nice spot and clean house with a great view and good backyard for kids to play in.

Cool View

This is a lovely beach house and accommodated the 3 adults very confortably. Great deck and lovely herb garden to gather from. My only issue would be that at this price I would expect linen to be provided and for that reason I would not stay here again.
