We stayed here with our family of 8: my husband and I plus our six kids, aged 17-1. The condo itself was perfect, enough space for everyone. The master closet is huge, we actually put our one year old’s pack and play in there. We found the kitchen very functional for our needs, with all the utensils we needed, a keurig coffee maker, and a cool convection/toaster oven that we used a lot. AC was great, comfy beds, all around the best condo experience! The washing machine broke about halfway through the week, but they had it replaced the very next day with a brand new one. The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time there, though it was a little crowded sometimes. My only complaint: there was a huge multi-family group staying in the building the same week we were there, and they played VERY loud music on a Bluetooth speaker all day long for several days in a row. I’m not sure if the management actually spoke to them about it or not, though we did complain a few times. We usually stay in Indian Rocks, which is significantly quieter and very chill. We knew this was going to be a noisier, busier experience, being right beside the drawbridge, across the street from the shopping center, and next door to public beach access. (Meaning we often smelled a certain kind of smoke.) But I wasn’t prepared for exactly how noisy it would be! So if you want a quiet experience, don’t stay here in peak season. But if you like that kind of thing, this is perfect for you.
