7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday.

This already amazing condo was just made better! Fully renovated with so many nice touches throughout the unit. Brand new furniture in the whole until to include in the living room and new comfy beds in all the rooms. The new furniture complements the all new appliances so you can cook up your family meals with a view of the beach. Use the toaster oven and Keurig to make breakfast after a restful night sleep listening to the waves.

Beach Place 410 is a Beach Front Condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico located in Madeira Beach Florida. Wall mounted smart TVs all through the condo. Remote controlled fans for convenience. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and the master bathroom has a brand-new stand up shower.

The guest bathroom has a shower with a tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 king beds with brand new walk-in closets to match the other rooms. In the 3rd bedroom is one king bed with a TV as well. The beach is just a couple of barefoot steps away.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The condo worked perfect for our family. Location was great. Easy access to beach and pool. John’s Pass across the street had many options for food and shopping. We will be back!

This place was beautiful, just like the pictures! Was nice being by the bridge and John’s pass, would definitely stay here again, made many memories.

Had very nice time - great room in a fun location.

Room was fantastic. One of the best we have stayed in on Madeira Beach over several years. Very clean, well equipped with every day staples, top notch deck furniture - all around very comfortable (especially the beds). We will be back.

Madeira Beach!!

This was our first time in Madeira Beach! We loved this condo and its' location! It was the perfect set up for us (5 adults)! The kitchen was well stocked, the beach was amazing and the view from the condo was too! The condo was very clean and we loved being across from John's Pass Boardwalk where we could just walk there for the shops and the restaurants!

Exceptional. Condo

The condo was so great, we booked next year’s stay during our trip! Everything was clean, plenty of room for 8 people, laundry, provided cookware and towels, a cooler, beach chairs, location, new furniture…all things that we loved about this condo. We spent a lot of time at the beach, so a vacuum to help keep the sand out would have been great.

John's Pass property manager Greg and Lynn were terrible and unethical.

I had Grandma and my son with disabilities. No elevator. They lied to us about the elevator and many other people who booked through John's Pass. VRBO should kick you off their site. They lied to so many people that booked through Johns Pass.

Beautiful Condo - Lackluster property management company

Compared to the other units in this building and next door, we lucked out. Everything was new, clean and gorgeous - beds, pillows and linens were incredibly comfortable. We had everything we could have needed for our week long stay. Being across the street from John's pass was perfect - couldn't have picked a better location. We saw dolphins from our deck daily, had fun watching the draw bridge go up and down and walked to either eat or shop every day. The elevators in our building were down the majority of the stay - while inconvenient the property management company did offer us a refund. My biggest complaint is the quality of the property management company. There are warning signs all over about making sure your parking pass is visible on your dash or you can be towed. The parking pass was no where to be found - I reached out to the office a few times (2 if not 3 times) and was promised that it would be delivered to us. It never was. In addition to this, others in our group had maintenance issues (no AC) in their condo (run by the same property management company) that took days to fix. Another family we travled with had their condo cancelled last minute due to construction not being complete (same property management company) and they had to scramble. Lastly, yet another family we traveled wtih were never delivered a key to their condo (no key pad) and were fortunate enough that the door could just be pushed open to enter to start their trip.

Beautiful location and condo

We had a wonderful time aside from a few small issues. 1. There is only one parking space and when our friends arrived they planned on parking at the parking lot next door but found you are only allowed to park there until midnight. 2. There was not an ice maker in the freezer. 3. The bed broke in the master bedroom while we were sleeping, however John’s Pass Condos did provide a 2nd condo for our guests to sleep in. All in all, we had a great time.

Love the location!

We have stayed at this condo in different units in the past. We loved the fact that there were all king beds and the unit was beautiful. As mentioned on previous reviews: the ice maker does not work, not even sure it is even hooked up. The outlets are old and it is hard to keep things plugged into them. Some of the drawers are broken in the dressers but are still functioning. On the upside the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are beach chairs. coolers and umbrella to use. Overall a great place to stay!

Disappointing

Had to contact property manager for access instructions, someone was parked in our assigned space which is not what you need after traveling all day. Condo needs some improvement; poor water pressure in master, sink faucet leaks. 2-bed room needs a ceiling fan—exposed wires from ceiling is what we saw. Kitchen lights flickered, or didn’t work at all. Nearby public beach access may or may not have had something to do with the whole -complex fire alarm that went off at 2:30 this morning (no fire threat). Access to Johns pass is convenient but with that you also get noise. Would not reserve this condo again.

Beautiful view!

Condo was very clean and nicely arranged. Enjoyed gathering with family in the living area with a spacious sectional. The beds were VERY comfortable in each of the 3 bedrooms. Parking space was convenient to the elevator. Nicely located within walking distance to John’s Pass. We strolled around several evenings due to the close proximity. Now for the negatives: I communicated by email 2-3 times with the host. I never received any communication in return. Not sure what his job is! Updated needs list should be made to kitchen supplies. There were TWO cereal bowls available (among few other things). The condo sleeps 8 but there were 4 usable dining room chairs. Would be nice to have at least some additional folding chairs maybe. We did survive though! Also, with 8 people, we really needed 2 parking spots but had only one, ($$ additional parking). Side note: We were supposed to have a parking pass but never received one. Elevator was VERY SLOW!!! Don’t be in a hurry! Overall, condo was very nice, comfortable, and convenient! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

It definitely has large ornate furniture (haha) and a lot of action right from your balcony. It was fun to watch the beach goers at night after a day at the beach. Spring break time. Lights flickered in kitchen/hallway and master shower had low pressure . The towels provided were luxurious! The bed sheets and comforters were so soft and comfy. Lots of room for 6 of us.

Always love Beach Place!

We have stayed in a couple of the properties condos in this building over the years, this one was the most accommodating. Everything you could need is in the unit, beds were amazing(I don’t normally like anything other than my own), unit was clean! John’s Pass Condos management were great to deal with when unsure how to reach host. Most convenient location especially if don’t plan on renting a car. Thank you!

Awesome Condo with a beautiful view!
