A clean , comfortable, spacious, modern beachside home meters from pet friendly Pippi beach. Five generous bedrooms; 2 being ensuite. The large private upstairs master bedroom has ensuite spa bathroom, a balcony and large walk in robe. Downstairs is open plan living and another four bedrooms. The perfect place for family and friends to spend time together in beautiful Yamba. The property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which offers a safe location meters from the beach, good surf, leisure centre, golf course and an easy walk into town with its cafes, boutique shopping , restaurants, cinema, skate park, tenpin bowling, mini putt putt and live entertainment. Enjoy iconic surf, long beaches, nature parks and the nearby surf reserve and world heritage listed rainforest - all within easy reach. 5 generous bedrooms and pet friendly too.. There is space to bring along the toys. Bicycles. Surfboards. canoe and maybe even a small boat. Oceania Peace is the perfect holiday home for a family or 2 to meet up and spare special time in the delightful seaside haven of Yamba with its world-famous surf breaks, perfect beaches and a town with the right amount of buzz. Yamba should be Australia’s favourite beach escape. Oceania Peace is ideally located. While enjoying the quietness of suburbia and the proximity to the beach , town is still within easy walking distance.

Its the only 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachside home . Meters to dolphin park and beach. An enclosed garden with fruit trees to be enjoyed in season, is a welcome place for your pet too. Guests have full access to leisure centre with its sparkling pool, tennis courts and bbq facilities. Ideally located with proximity to highlights of Yamba.
