Southern Comfort is a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq. ft. but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. You have a great view of Cove Mountain. This Tiny Home offers 1 queen bed (in the bedroom), a set of bunk beds and 2 single beds in the Loft (the loft only has a 3 foot head way so Its perfect for small children to have their own space!). The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to eat in. The bathroom offers a stand up shower. There's even is a washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience.

Gorgeous View and Relaxing Comfort

Amazing tiny house!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this tiny home...it was beautiful and clean and perfect for what we needed...we but definitely stay in this resort again!!

Check in/out was easy

Overall the place was good but there are only towels and washcloths for the bathroom. There was half a roll of toilet paper and paper towels, but that was it. Not even a bar of soap. The dishwasher was broken and instead there was a portable dishwasher taking up all the counter space. The largest plates didn't even fit in there either just fyi. The air/heaters were VERY loud. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable and made our necks kill. I never really write poor reviews, but we were a little miffed.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place. Location perfect! Mountain feel but not far from Pigeon Forge for shopping and fun! Tiny houses made you feel right at home. Only thing I would recommend is having more kitchen items like bowls, pots, etc. other than that you had what you needed.
