Dora's Country Cottage

This house has two separate bedrooms (one king and one queen) with two separate bathrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv with cable. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. Each bathroom has a "family style" shampoo/conditioner and shower gel, lotion, hair dryer, and colored, plush towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances plus a dinning area. There is central air and heating. Each bedroom has its own entrance. Also included is a patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy your early morning coffee or your evening resting. There is also a fire pit in the yard for you to use when there are no "fire restrictions". This property is allowed for four occupants and NO children under the age of 16. There is NO smoking in or on the property and also NO pets are allowed. There is parking for two vehicles.
You will love staying at Dora's Country Cottage which was originally built in 1910 and has been recently updated and remodeled. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, sleeps 8 guests, and offers a combination of country charm just like being at home.
The Cottage is named after Dora Black, the great-grandmother of Elaine and Emilee Lott who own and operate the business. The Blacks were cattle and sheep ranchers and after the Depression Dora ran this property as a "boarding house" for the CCCs that were in the area working on government projects. Dora's Country Cottage property has the unique opportunity of being the residing place of Sunny and Rusty who are rescue steers found by Emilee. They live next door!
You will love the comfortable and cozy feel once you step inside. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare all of your meals. The kitchen also provides a dining area so you can sit around as family and friends.
After your long day of adventures there is a nice large patio facing the east. Take your "boots off and kick back" and enjoy your glass of wine or cold drink and reminisce of your days adventures or adventures yet to come. The patio has outdoor furniture and picnic table. Also outside is a "fire pit" for you to build a fire, bring your own wood, and roast a marshmallow.
For sleeping there is a king bedroom/ bath in one side of the house; a queen bedroom/ bath on the other side; a queen and king bedroom upstairs w/2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer, "family-style" shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Also provided are lush, colored towels.
Free wifi and satellite tv. Large flat screen tv in each bedroom and one in the living room. Each of the bedrooms also has a separate entrance.
You can rent the house as one unit or each bedroom/bath can be rented separately. If interested in kitchen and living room must contact property for availability!
